Providing and fixing Hi, Rib profiled sheets 0.60mm TT (Total Thickness) only± 0.2mm tolerance allowed) Hi Tensile galvalume/Zincalume steel sheet of the approved make having a hot dip metallic Zinc-Aluminium alloy (AZ-150) coating of minimum (150 gms/sqm) with 550 Mpa yield strength of approved blue colour (RAL-5012) the colour coating shall be as per IS 15965 of SMP or Super Durable Polyester Paint XRW fixed with hex head self-drilling screw sloping roof without curvature as per approved specification, drawing and design. Plastering on walls12 mm cement plaster of mix 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) : (HSR 11.5.3) First storey

Plastering on walls 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 :6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) : (HSR 11.6.2) First storey

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade. (HSR 11.78)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: (HSR 11.64.1) New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gmnitre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. (HSR 11.98.1) New work (Two or more coats applied@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete (HSR 11.58)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (HSR 13.30.2) Hot finished seamless type tubes.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect above plinth level. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work , excluding overlaps. Wastage, over1aps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding & placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement. (HSR 6.34.6) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
