Providing and fixing Nails / " Jasti Khilla" of required size using hammer / drill machine in existing Random Rubble Stone Masonary stone joints Surface before applying Plaster / mortar on RR Masonary.

20 mm (Average) cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) on the uneven surface of Random rubble measorny. Note: Plaster should be wired finished to receive chicken mesh and second coat of plaster of 1:4

Providing and fixing GI hexagonal chicken wire mesh of size 12mm x 26g at the junction of first coat of plaster and 2nd coat of plaster including overlapping and fixing back side wall.

15 mm cement plaster on fixed chicken mesh of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) Note: Plaster should be wired finished to receive tiles for Dado works.

Providing and laying Polished Granite tile (Glossy) Black color shade (Tile size of 600 x 300 mm or as approved by EIC) of minimum 8 mm thick (mirror polished and machine cut edge) for DADO fixing with cement based high polymer modified quickset tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness, laid with a joints (between tiles) of 3 to 5 mm filled / grouted using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all levels up to 3.5 m height from GL including scafolding , etc. complete. Note: Quoted Rate to include Charges to make the edges of Granite Tiles in perfect rightangles (resizing) if required before fixing.

Providing, fabricating and fixing alphabet (letters), numbers (digits) in Gujarati fonts and various shapes of Logo made of stainless steel (SS 304 grade) of minimum 1.0 mm thick on the front-face and 0.85 mm for embossed areas, with matt/ glossy finish, with all joints neatly welded and polished as per the sizes mentioned as per drawing, to be fixed over granite tiles using drilling machine fixing perfectly in perfect line and level with sufficient number of studs / screws to hold the letters / numbers / shapes in proper position and alignment using Chemical adhesive such as araldite, etc. for bonding with tiles, all complete as per drawing or as directed by EIC for all heights up to 3.5 m from existing GL. The test certificate of SS 304 must be submitted. Note: 1. The quoted rate to include charges for making holes in the granite tiles for fixing the alphabets/ numbers and shapes. 2. The rate to include for Chemical adhesive for fixing screws/studs. 3. The quoted rate to include transportation charges to bring the signage, letters / numerical etc... Shapes at site including labours for fixing, and charges for tools and tackles etc. required for execution of works and making templates (if required). 4. The contractor to make own arrangement for scaffoldings, etc. 5. Making of drawing by expert showing text and logo as specified and submit to EIC for approval. The quoted rate should be for complete job all as per attached drawings (or drawing made by expert of contractor duly approved by EIC) and size of letters as specified in drawing. Attached drawing is tentative. Contractor have to submit the exact drawing made by experts for approval to EIC. As above for Gujarati Fonts - length 12 inches, width of letters - 3.0 inches, and depth of letters- 1.00 inches. As above for Institute logo as a complete item of dimension 39 inches length x 43.5 inches width, depth of each part of logo to be 1.00 inches.
