Engagement of 14 (Fourteen) Nos. Unskilled Security Guard / Watchman / Durwan at the different Stackyard, Offices, Inspection Bungalow etc. under the jurisdiction of Berhampore Division No- I, PWD in the District of Murshidabad during the year 2025-2

Charges per head per day for security guards (unskilled worker) Total number of days- 365 days Deployment of security guards per day- 14 nos. Total number of security guards for the period of 365 days- 14 x 365 = 5110 nos. Intending bidders are not required to quote any rate against this item as the rate has already been provided (it will appear only after putting the rate for item no. 1.02) in the column of 'RATE' (Cell M14 of BOQ1 sheet). The rate so provided is binding to all intending bidders. [This rate has been calculated consideing prevailing minimum wages vide no. Memo No. 07/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC Dated 09/01/2026 of the Additional Labour Commissioner, Govt. of West Bengal & also considering contribution of E.P.F., E.S.I. & bonus to be made by the agency as per memorandum vide no. 3790-F(Y) dated 21-07-2014 of the Joint Secretary, Finance (Audit) Department, Govt. of West Bengal]

Service charges including all other charges and applicable taxes (if any). (No extra claim will be entertained and remains fixed throughout the contract period.)
