Dismantling and taking out Plain cement concrete pole/Steel tubular of any size including breaking of PCC foundation and earth work etc and removal of debris where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable stay assembly complete of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable ACSR/Conductor of any size for LT OH line complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking down cross arms, bracings, support, clamp including nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of insulators LT of any size for removal or refixing at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out Old LT panel of any type duly disconnecting the incoming and out going cables, switch gears, instruments and other spares/accessories carefully for re use serviceable items and old unserviceable spares shall be leave with panel for credit schedule complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labor for removing serviceable LT cable of any size duly testing the cable by the megger and taking down existing serviceable for relaying as specified such as relaying/rerouting and shifting the cable to laying as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. All as per serial item No.45 here in before but using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 ( 9.0 metres long) complete with CI based plate and finial including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer black and white/yellow strips 30CM wide each (05 Nos) up to 1.5 Mtrs height from coping & numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed. all as directed. Note: The existing old PCC Poles should be replaced with new steel rubber pole and the old pole is credited to Contractor as schedule of credit

Material and labour for 40mm dia steel tubes (light grade) galvanised with fittings, laid in trenches/wall for protection of underground earth strip when crossing the road/fixing on wall as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation old painted surfaces with synthetic enamel paint to LT steel tubular pole 8.5/9/8.0 mtr long including clamps,brackets,chanel,cross arms, bracing support, pipe of support for cable and swan neck etc including zebra painting at bottom up to 1.5 mtr above from the PCC coping and writing pole No with white paint complete etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Pole number shall be marked with white enamel paint over a base of size 20cmx20cm on prepared with two coats of black enamel paint on pole surfaces.

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D2 1:4:8 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC 1 : 3: 6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggregate in coping or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair hot moulded FRP looping /Junction box size 300x250 x105 mm for street light poles with locking arrangement and suitable connection for three phase incoming cable 3 phase out going cable and single phase connection for light fitting incl controlled MCB SP-10 Amps -01 Nos enclosed in thermo plastic in closed shock proof safe IP-65, weather, vermin proof, dust and water proof complete with two nos cables entry incl gland of standard size with suitable size mild steel clamps to fixed on pole complete all as specified. Material and labour for PCC preparation including cutting up to 45 cm width and depth of the road/hard standing and making good disturbed surfaces by using PCC type C2(1:3:6) by using 40mm graded stone aggregate for the fixing the pipe/laying cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50mm dia steel tubes (light grade) galvanised with fittings, laid in trenches/wall for protection of underground earth strip when crossing the road/fixing on wall as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm dia HDPE pipes PN 10 with fittings, laid in trenches/wall for protection of underground cable when crossing the road/fixing on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED type street light fitting 70 watt pressure dia cast aluminum housing LED street light luminaries with IP 66 including GI pipe medium grade with suitable size bracket bend in 120 degree and clamps,nuts,bolts etc with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for street light bracket made to shape from 40mm dia length 1.5m GI Pipe medium grade including two number of clamps made from 50mm x 6mm Flat iron nut bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out /for laying under ground cables/pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in with excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying unreinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection, made out of M-20 grade concrete, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying old serviceable unreinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & spreading fine river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable/filling of cable ducts all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site. Note :- Only punned Thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.
