S&F in repair double layered vaccum glass consisting 10mm thick acoustic toughened glass (Approved by GE) having 1.14mm PCB lamination for outer face and 10mm thick toughened float glass for inner face with a gap of 24mm between both glass sheet duly thermatically sealed with silicon sealent all around and entrapped air between both glass pane exc 2 sqm duly fixed with and including suitable size rubber gasket of white PVC, namada rope, outer Aluminium frame of size 100 x 44mm (Heavy Weight) and Beading square 25mm pipe (Heavy Weight) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The glass panes shall have seamless joints, space in between two glass layers shall be hermetically sealed and entrapped air shall be dehydrated with drying agent. M&L for taking down ceiling fans / wall mounted fans of any size / sweep after disconnecting the wire from existing ceiling rose and refixing the same after painting the same with synthetic enamel paint by spray machine including filter after cleaning dust, taking out burnt/damaged winding, bushes & cleanig of stator and rotor incl etc. Rewinding with 26/27 SWG of enamelled copper winding wire replacement of bearing /bushes, condencer 2.5/4 mfd handing and testing of fan with and including provision of 23/0.0076 copper flexible core twin core not less than 1.5 meter in length and make the fan operational with a guarantee period of one year after installing the repaired fan complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for taking out burnt/damaged winding, bushes & cleaning of stator and rotor, etc of exhaust fans any sweep and size, Rewinding with 26/27 SWG of enamelled copper winding wire replacement of shaft, bearing /bushes, condencer 2.5/4 mfd handing and testing of fan with and including provision of 23/0.0076 copper flexible core twin core not less than 1.5 meter in length complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and MCB single pole and netural enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one double pole MCB 20 Amp 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.
