Cartage of Following Material by private truck from store centre Rudrapur /Haldwani/ Kashipur to dump store approx. distance 21 to 50 Km. including loading into truck and unloading at road work site.

Providing and Installation of Chemical Earthing of distribution transformer including digging of pit of size 2.5Mtr depth and make hole of size 150mm. Placing of earthing electrode (to be supplied by contractor as per upcl norms connecting the same with GI strip (to be supplied by contractor) of size 35X6 mm as per norms minimam length 6M, treated of soil with highly conductive substance in all respect, result of earthing resistance to be recorded before abd after instollation of earthing. The earth resistance after earthing should be less then 1Ohm. Each Transformer by 2 No (1No for Neutral and 1No for Body)

Erection & Fixing of M.S. earthing rod 20×2500 mm for earthing of support as per RESPO drawing No. RES-12 including digging earth rod 0.3 m deep below ground level connected to support with earth wire 16 swg fixing of all accessories in all respect as per Specification of UPCL.

Fabrication of Single Pole, Double pole Straight Cross arm T off Top and Dropper, Brecing Channel of M.S. Channel100x500 mm & M S Angle 65x65x6 mm Cutting and Holling Complete Work as per Specification of UPCL.

Excavation of earth for Stay set pit of size 0.6x0.6x1.2 Mtr Length in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out soil and disposal of surplus excavation soil as directed complete work in all respect.

Fixing and tightening of HT stay set with pole and stay rod on required tension as per specification of UPCL.

Grouting of stay set complete as per RESPO drawing no. RES-16 with stay rod 16×1800 mm stay wire 7/10 SWG including excavation of earth and grouting of stay in pit with CC 1:4:8 in bottom of pit in size 0.60×0.60×0.60 mtrs, including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast etc. fixing of all accessories complete in all respect as per Specification of UPCL.

Excavation of Earth for Pole structure of Pole Pit of Size (0.9x0.6x1/6) of pole length in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and diposal of surplus soil as directed complete work.

Erection of Following Pole Structure after digging of pit size 0.6×0.6 mtrs & 1/6 length of support on 300×300×75 mm stone pad including fixing with all accessories complete in all respect as per Specification of UPCL.

Double Structure of STP-55

Grouting of Pole in size (0.45x0.45x1/9) length of support in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1Cement :4Graded Stone :20 mm nomial size :8 coarse sand) Block Including cost of material complete in all respect as per specification of UPCL.

Muffing of Pole in size (0.45 cm x 0.6 cm) radious with CC ratio 1:3:6 (1Cement : 3core sand : 6 graded stone 10 mm nomial size) Block size 45cm height from ground level Including cost of material complete in all respect as per specification of UPCL.

Mounting and Installation of of following Capacity Transformer/Plinth/Double Pole Structure with the help of Chain Pulley/Crain Depending upon the nature of Job at work complete in all respect and Energisation of Transformer
