Demolition of brickwork built in cement morter including work all quoins, aches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old size brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old size brickwork with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls,built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete or block masonary in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement ) surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 and setting coat 10mm thick CM 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) in wall including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over a sufficent coat of birla wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new surfaces of wall and applyong two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable plaster, loose unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing surface of RCC roof slab/ RCC facia/ beams/ columns/ RCC chajja, average depth 20 mm (approximate 10 mtrs height from natural GL) with power driven pneumatic chiesel and removal of debries upto a distence 500 mtrs out side MD land including saw cutting of all edges, making square shoulders of cavaties and roughening of smooth surface, scraping out and removing corrosion and all loose scales, rust etc. from the visible reinforcement and cleaning the steel reinforecement properly providing NIT zink primer, Zink primer on visible reinforcement surface to form a contineous film and preparing the surface to recive concrete of epoxy grouting mortar etc. including providing necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying bonding coat of modified styrene butadene emulsion in proportion 1 part (bonding agent) : 1 part (water) : 3 part (OP cement) by volume with the brushes etc. to bind new cement plaster/ polymer modified plaster/ concrete/ screed concrete with oldsurface including removal of loose/ distengrated old concrete/ plaster including preparation of surface etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of wire netting of galvanised steel wire 1.40mm dia with 20mm size of mess fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples fixed upto (approximate 10 mtrs height from natural GL) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
