Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar in single layer on roofs complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolation of mud in roof any thickness including plastering and leeping plaste(whether ful thickness removed or part thereof) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in shelves, chajjas and similar suspended works including cutting reinforcement as required facilitating demolition complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces of walls finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on ceilings and soffits of chajjas including edges etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of birla putty 1mm thick preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white lime wash complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered wall surfaces on wall after complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paintover wall all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling after complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non - skid Jointless coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 x 200 x7mm thick including and over 10 mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) as in vertical surfaces such as in dado/skirting after taking down plastering including set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only 1000 litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only 500 litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in PCC padding over roof slab with using waterproofing liquid compound as per manufacturing instruction complete all complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new concrete surface and apply water proofing treatment to roof with APP (Atactic poly propylene) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrance super therolay of STP limited wth non-woven polyster male reinforcement of 160gm, weight of membrane @3.6kg/sqm over a solvent based bitumen primer, shalitex primer @ 0.3 lt/sqm by the same manufacturer conforming to IS-3384-1986. Note : The membrane shall be laid using butane torch. The end lap should be 100 mm and the side lap must be minimum 75 mm. The membrane shall be first laid upto the parapet wall junction and then shall be overlapped with naother membrane (flashing) with and overlap covering upto a distance of 300mm. In case of parapet height is less than/ upto 500 mm membrane shall be terminated at the top of parapet.

Material and labour for 40mm thick Brick tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 with Jointing & Pointing in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by wt of cement all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.23 here in before but except tiles.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of floor sub base of flooring/ hard standing and plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed. By the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC type B-0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in parapets walls, benching, coping and filling at junction of brickwork and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete including use of forwork (straight or curved) all as specified and directed Engi.eer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for RCC 1:1½:3 type A-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajjas etc. and the like including 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding for multy storey building complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Use and waste of formwork to chajjas and similar items including edges rough finished surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 6 to 8 mm dia steel TMT bars as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or occuring with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying evenly a tack coat of hot blown industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2kg/sqm including cleaning surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:7:12) type F-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken floors, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster on sunken portion of slabs in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet, "Orissa pattern, size, 680x470mm white, with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including provision of cement concrete bedding complete fixed in repairs all as specified & directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep as required length and shaping horizontal/vertical face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F, PVC (SWR) pipe, 110mm dia pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches/fixed with wall or in floors etc including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair, PVC (SWR) bends 110mm bore complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition and breaking up 100/75mm internal dia (sand cast) , Cast iron pipes jointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 75 mm dia Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors/fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra over 75 mm dia cast iron pipes and fittings if lead joint is provided in lieu of cement joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Cast Iron floor trap 75mm dia with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (including cutting in existing floor,removing the old and place the new pieces and making good the disturbed portion) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 75mm dia CI Bends with oval access doors (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair CI branch pieces single ordinary or inverted fitted with oval access door of size 175mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix in repair PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement

Material & Labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1: 2: 4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring rogh finished to receive topping layer of tiles.

Taking up or down, steel tubing 15mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
