Providing, installation of submersible pump set 6000GPH X 220MH coupled with suitable motor. The pumping Machinery should conform to relevant ISO with all latest amendments at pumping station Atti Dugwell. The equipment shall also be accompanied with test certificates and performance curves. The job includes installation of pumping set by way of carriage/ shifting of pumping machinery by MT and HL at site, along with allied electro-Mech equipment. Fabrication of GI pipe nipple of 80mm dia with threads at one end & MS flange at other end & fastening the threaded end of nipple with the delivery of pump. Providing/fabrication of 01 No. U shaped tie rod clamp fabricated out of 40 mm x 6mm MS flat. Fitting of tie rod clamp to the submersible pump with the help of heavy duty bolts and nuts welded on the sides of the clamp. Filling of distilled water inside the submersible motor for cooling the motor windings. Coupling of pump and motor, checking of alignment of pump and motor. Fabrication/fitting of MS clamps 80mm dia.-02 sets for holding submersible pump & nipples. Coupling of pump motor set with the help of coupling pulley. Lowering of pump motor set along with GI column pipe 03 no. with both ends flanged and submersible cable into the Dug well with the help of chain pulley block, ropes & skilled/unskilled labours. Providing/Fitting of MS bends 80mm dia, flanges, nut/bolts & washers, and interconnecting with the raising main with all allied welding work. Providing /fitting of 200AMP main switch. Providing, fabrication and fitting of Automatic control panel suitable for operation of submersible pump motor set mounted with safety devices such as single phase preventer, high voltage/low voltage, under load/overload protection. Proving/ fitting of submersible cable 16mm sq-30 mtrs (approx.) for making connection from control panel to motor with complete thimbling and insulation. Checking continuity of complete circuit. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, welding/fitment charges and carriage /shifting charges.(Complete job)
