Providing and Laying for preparing of old black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces using air blowers to remove all loose dirt, rubber deposits complete and applying Polymer Modified Emulsion (PME) (of approved make such as Hincol, OOMS polymer modified emulsion or equivalent) having penetration values as per specifications/relevant codes and initial setting time of 4-5 hours but not more than 8 hours, first coat with 0.60 Ltr (undiluted) PME diluted in 0.60 Ltr water to be applied uniformly on 1.00 Sqm area mixed with mineral filler as per site requirement and ensure uniform finish of PME on flexible surface manually application using mopping complete all as per manufacturer’s instruction and all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Notes: The tenderer shall take into consideration for the following points while quoting this rate for this item :- (a) Care shall be taken to fill gaps/cracks up to 3mm size with mineral filler.
All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but for second coat with 0.30 Ltr (undiluted) PME diluted in 0.30 Ltr water to be applied uniformly on 1.00 Sqm areas. (Second coat will be applied separately) after curing of first coat.
Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of ail dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. Old work (One or more coats)
