Comprehensive maintenance Contract of Wireless Addressable Fire Alarm System of DSC make for terminal building, inclusive of all maintenance and checks as per manufacturers manual including attend to faults / breakdowns and taking rectification actions, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the system and associate maintenance work on all days including Sundays and Holidays as per special conditions of contract.

Comprehensive maintenance Contract of PLC based Fire Hydrant system of Terminal Building Complex including electrical main pump, jockey pump, PLC control panel, Air relief valve, pressure gauges etc. including repairs and comprehensive maintenance, attending to complaints / faults / breakdowns and rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the system, preventive maintenance, maintenance of all days including Sundays and holidays in 02 (two) shift basis as per special conditions of contract.

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of Conventional fire alarm system of NDB room, Equipment room (2 Systems) inclusive of auto dialer unit system and all accessories. [Job includes repairs and comprehensive maintenance, attending to complaints / faults / breakdowns and rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the system, preventive maintenance as per special conditions of contract.]

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of fire trace tube system (5 systems) and all accessories. [Job includes repairs and comprehensive maintenance, attending to complaints / faults / breakdowns and rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the system, preventive maintenance as per special conditions of contract].

Comprehensive maintenance contract of gas suppression system, NOVEC 1230 at Localizer, DVOR, Glide Path, ATC Tower for periodical inspection and routine maintenance of the system. Details of installed equipment / elements as per special conditions of contract. [job includes attending break down calls, checking & repair / replacing defective detector, hooters, panel components, fire piping and wiring etc. as per special conditions of contract]

Reinstallation of fire trace tube system in equipment room [Job includes gas refilling in existing 2 kg. cylinder, new fire trace tube approx. 10 mtrs., valve and other related spare parts complete etc. as required.

Painting with synthetic enamel post office red paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats etc. as required as per actual site requirements. [Job includes removing rust and old paints, cleaning of surface and painting with redoxide before painting with synthetic enamel post office red paint].
