Attending complaints of water heater (Geyser) any capacity any make after removing electric & water connections from existing system,carrying out inspection,identifying fault of geyser at various location in domestic and technical area and refixing the same to original place after carrying out necessary repairs or making geyser serviceable after testing complete all as specified and directed Notes: 1. Cost of minor spares such as rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, clamps, flanges,and minor welding/brazing and loose connection deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2.cost of major U/S spare such as heating element, thermostat, hot water pipe, MCB, safety valve, indicating bulb will be measured and paid under respective items of schedule 3.If contractor fail to attend/rectify complaints within 24 hrs of complaint conveyed by AGE/JE to contractor by any means (telephonic), recovery of 200 Rs per day will be done from workdone amount.

M&L for painting with two coats of white synthetic enamelled paint on any capacity of geyser after scrapping/cleaning of old paint of geyser complete all as specified and directed.

S&F heavy duty stainless steel connection water pipe with brass nut and washers of good quality about 45cm long in hot & cold water connections for geyser and including taking down old unserviceable PVC/steel pipe complete all as specified and directed. Make-Vguard/racold/prestige

M&L in Replacement of PVC insulated copper (flexible) conductor 2.5 Sqmm 3 core and connected to geyser complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in Replacement of indicating lamp of geyser complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Detecting the leakage and arresting the same by brazing/soldering etc of geyser tank and refixing the same in exisiting surface all as directed by engineer in charge.

S&F in Replacement outer body/cover suitable for 25/35 ltr cap geyser made out of mild steel pre-treated and stove enamelled sheet of 18 SWG complete with top and bottom cover, rubber gasket, screw for fixing the top and bottom cover to outer body including two coat of white synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.
