Taking down chowkhats or Frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from frames) of any description n. exc. 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 30 mm thick Flush shutters , solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/ frame to match fixed to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 2 nd class hard wood 35 mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze, etc, (without sash bar) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a) fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Glass pane and wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately in respective supply only item.

Supply only Galvnised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm complete as specified and directed. Note- steel wire cloth can be fixed in any type of window, ventilators or doors i.e. aluminium ,steel windows or glazed doors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of New wood or previously untreated surfaces of any description , not otherwise description, over 10 cm width or grith apply two coat of synthetic enemel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of pink primer complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F powder coated aluminium ventilator cross section conforming to IS 63.5x38.10x1.5mm consisting of two partions upper portion shall have louvers with 3mm thick pin headed glass and aluminium wire cloth 0.30mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.56m fixed with aluminium beads and securing on outer face of frame and lower portion of ventilation shall be fixed with 3mm thick pin headed glass with IDPE rubber gasket including aluminium beads, including preparation of jombs all around in CM 1:3 finishing even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Powder coated aluminium sliding glazed windows with three track shutter sliding (two shutters glazed and one shutter wire mesh) shall be following specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (i) Windows frame of cross section 101mm x 44mm x 1.5mm thick. (ii) Three way track for sliding shutters of cross section 91.8mm x 31.75mm x1.1mm thick. (iii) Sliding shutter frame of cross section 40 x 18 x 1mm thick. (iv) 4 mm thick tinted glass superior quality. (v) IDPE Rubber guasket for fixing of glass. (vi) Locking cleats per shutter -01 Nos. M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over of redoxide zinc chrome coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismanling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm , in floors etc.set jointed in neat cement sluury and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & incl 15 mm thick screed bed built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles size 300mm x 450 mm 6-7 mm thick (Colour and design of tiles as approved) on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cerameic tiles 8 to10 mm (nano polished) thick light shade (square/rectangular), area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of following types complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cutting of marble are included in this rate.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour ( Glossy finish), design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for pavement , path, floor etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection Finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) including making joint at every 3 mtr interval and at corner and filled with mixture of bitumen and sand and finished even and fair and laid in alternate bays complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer over a coat of putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for provide PVC spout pipe of 25mm bore & 45cm length in sunken floor including cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortor and making good the dismantled portion in PCC (1:2:4), type B1 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate with wall finish at the disturbed portion of external surfaces complete as directed and specified.

M & L for cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortor at the starting point of down take soil/waste pipe at any floor, fill the joint of down take pipe & trap with thick mortor in CM 1:3 and making good the dismantled portion in PCC (1:2:4), type B1 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate with wall finish at the disturbed portion of external surfaces complete as directed and specified.

Taking down shutters of any description area exceeding 1.00 Sqm and not exceeding 2.0 Sqm all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC door frames of sizes 50 x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube in opening of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails, MS frame shall covered with heat moulded plain PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail in either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail pannelling of plain PVC sheet to be filled in the MS welded/sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together wiht solvent and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

supply and Applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150gms/sqm) land on coat of bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.3litres/sqm by forced application complete all as specified and directed. M & L for Vitrified tiles (light shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in vertical surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) laid and bedded jointed in cement slurry mixed with pigment to match to shade of the slab incuding grinding, polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine Cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in dado, riser of steps, skirting, and including 10 mm thick rendering as backing coat of kota stone CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match to shade of the slab incuding cutting grinding mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of shutter in same opening of any description exc 1.00 sqm but n exc. 2.00 sqm after easing and adjusting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of PVC wall panelling over existing tile/plastered surfaces with high quality PVC wall panel/sheets (7-9mm thickness) of approved texture, design and patterns complete with all fittings like cleats, nails, screws etc & all other necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sq. cm. and over framed work in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F II classs hard wood timber scantling clean sawn framed and fixed in any position and direction complete all as specified and directed.
