M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing brickwork complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 surface finished even and smooth inlcuding curing and scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removing of existing treatment from wall / ceilling by using mechanical sander/grinder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 3mm thick damp proof wall care putty, Preparation of puttied wall/ceiling by mechanical sander/grinder and applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : After completion of distempering, contractor have to carry out following work whose rates to be included while quoting the rates. No extra payment will be done on this account and damage if any to be borne by the contractor :- (i) Cleaning of floor with floor cleaner and stain should be removed from wall/door/window. (ii) Cleaning of fan after removing and refixing the same. (iii) Cleaning of curtain rod. (iv) Shifting of furniture (as directed by Engr-in-charge).

M&L for Preparation of surfaces of wall / ceiling and applying two coats of weather coat exterior paint over a coat of primer and over a coat of 3mm thick white cement base water proof putty including sanding/grinding complete all as specified and directed (work to be carried upto a height of 7.5m).
