Providing and fixing of Anchor Fasteners

Supplying and fixing of anchor fastener in Jaisalmer/Cuddapa stone cladding in EOC/R&D/Satcom building, HRD-CR2 10X140 Stainless Steel of HILTI or equivalent in BOSCH/FISCHER at first floor level to Top floor. Cost of arrangement of scaffolding, platfom etc. as per site requirements is included in item no. 10.20

Water proofing of Jaisalmer/Cuddapa stones by UV resistant Synthetic polymer water clear with characteristics Odour Transparent flammable liquid and single component density 0.76 kg/ltr, to avoid ingress of moisture, with surface preparation followed by twice brush application of Superthane CC-555 of Supertech Chamicals Specilities Pvt. Ltd. or equivalent in Bulwark/BASF/Fosroc including all arrangement of scaffolding as per site requirements.

Providing and filling of joints and gaps between stones by waterproofing synthetic polymer filler (putty) of specific gravity at 30 degree centigrade is 1.38 and application temperature -10 to 50 degree centigrade with surface preparation followed by twice application of superfil CP 706 of Supertech Chamicals Specilities Pvt. Ltd. or equivalent in Bulwark/BASF/Fosroc. Cost of arrangement of scaffolding, platfom etc. as per site requirements is included in item no. 10.20

Providing and fixing of 18 to 22 mm thick Jaisalmer yellow stone slab in wall cladding by applying Polymer adhesive (Corocretin SK-41, compound A and B in 4:1 ratio manufactured by M/s Coromandal Prodorite, Chennai) or equivalent on its back and on existing base plaster concrete with required grade of mix to obtain a uniform surface and filling the joints with white cement impregnated with matching pigment complete with all labour, T&P, materials etc. at all elevations as per specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge. (Approx. consumption of polymer adhesive A&B is 3kg/sqm). Before fixing of new stone slabs necessary repair to existing base mortar/concrete to be done to have unifom & even base and cost towards it is included in this item. Cost of arrangement of scaffolding, platfom etc. as per site requirements is included in item no. 10.20

(Approx. consumption of polymer adhesive A&B is 3kg/sqm). Before fixing of stone slabs necessary repair to existing base mortar/concrete to be done to have unifom & even base and cost towards it is included in this item. And all cost for removal of loose stones from site, cleaning of stone slabs, cutting & shaping, base repairing, refixing with adhesive, labour, adhesive, T&P etc. is included in the item. Cost of arrangement of scaffolding, platfom etc. as per site requirements is included in item no. 10.20
