Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of debris complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick readymix plaster on internal wall with smooth finished using Ultra Tech READIPLAST or any equivalent approved make by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material. For thickness above 15mm it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers.Ready-mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972. IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 Day-10-12 Mpa/Bulk density-1500-1600 Kg/Cum. all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick ready mix plaster on External wall with smooth finished using Ultra Tech READIPLAST or any equivalent approved make by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material. For thickness above 15mm it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers.Ready-mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972. IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 Day-10-12 Mpa/Bulk density-1500-1600 Kg/Cum, all as specified and directed. The rates quoted by the bidders/Contractor shall include the following:- (a) Work carried out up to 12 Mtr in height. (b) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and all protective measures responsibilty. (c) Removal of excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed by Engr-in Charge.

Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and M&L for applying Chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, prepara-tory to distempering as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of Distemper oil Emulsion on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Preparing new plastered/ pointed surfaces of walls and M&L for applying Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces. complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note: The rates deemed to include all necessary scaffolding and safety equipments for labour work at site.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling etc. & applying three coats of lime white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing of old painted wooden surfaces or wood based material of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old painted steel surfaces or iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Complete removal of existing treatment by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl washing , rubbing down and stopping of distempered or painted surfaces and M&L for applying cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of Distemper oil Emulsion on old treated surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
