Providing and fitting of Ampere meter and voltmeter having range 0-500 for ATS Starter at lift irrigation scheme Zehanpora. The job also includes the charge for replacement of damaged wiring with one for connecting meters with proper insulation/tapping.

Providing of 415V auto reset single phase preventer of L&T/Reputed make for lift irrigation scheme Zehanpora

Repairs to 0.5HP single phase priming pumping unit of Shahkhata by way of dismantling it from suction and delivery side flanges with the help of skilled labour, loading in private load carrier and shifting it to workshop for repair. The job includes the charge for complete rewinding of stator coils as per sample of copper wire of standard size and quality (1kg @1740/kg). The job includes the charge for providing and fitting of insulation material in the slots of stator including bamboo straps, latheride paper etc and varnishing of winding with good quality varnish. The job also includes p/f of Bakelite connections plate as per sample with proper thimbling of terminals. The job also includes the charge for balancing of shaft& greasing of bearings for the completion of work. then reassembling the pumping unit at workshop and shifting to site and tested on full load. Deduct the cost of old scrap (0.8kg @647/kg).( 01 job)

Providing and fitting of 11KV link set of reputed make for lift irrigation scheme Kandikhan with allied accessories like welding etc.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 600KVA voltage stabilizer using appropriate means of transport as Mini truck like Tata mobile, Bolero Camper or similar with 1km lead:

Extra per kilometre for lead >20 kms up to 30 kms

Dismantling of voltage stabilizer by way of opening of top lid, disassembling of voltage regulator, removing all connections, taking out damaged leg after removal of core The job includes draining out of T-oil and its safe placement for further refilling.

Assembling of all parts of voltage stabilizer, connecting of leads of all connections, refilling of old t-oil in tank.

Providing and fitting of finished new electrolytic grade copper strip winding with insulation, varnishing etc. for the completion of work
