PROVISION OF SIGN BOARD WITH ROAD FURNITURE AT ITM MUSSOORIE UNDER GE(I) R and D DEHRADUN

M&L for Excavating in post holes in hard dense soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble Mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of posts water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of 3 mm thick aluminium composite pannel (ACP) board of any size fixed on both sides as per site requirement . ACP board fixed on steel frame / grid with SS screw / rivet as directed. The board shall be sheated with high intensity retro reflective sheett of blue colour or as approved, computerised designed writting letter/figures in (Block, Roman, Italic style or in indian languages where required) / index hand (natural size)/ arrows/stops/commas/ short lines /dashes/ hyphens /bracket, holograms etc where necessary shall be made high intensity reflective sheet with in white colour ladder, shape and sizes as reqd and approved by GE. letter not exc 200 Nos each face of the ACP Board. Each face to have a boarder line of 25mm wide white /red/golden or colour as specified high intensity retro reflective sheet/tape complete as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shell (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.
