Carriage of Materials : Building Rubbish Stone metal (Grit and ballast etc.) (The rates are inclusive of loading and unloading)

Providing and injecting low viscosity Solvent free Epoxy grout of Make FOSROC / SIKA/ Mapei & equivalent in the ratio of resin and hardener by grouting pump at a pressure @ 3- 6 Kg/cm2 or as instructed by EIC etc complete. After grouting is completed after 24 hours, cut the nipples and seal it with polymer-modified mortor of Make FOSROC / SIKA / Mapei& equivalentas per specifications given above. Epoxy Grout should be a low viscous solvent-free two-component epoxy resin with a density of 1050 kg/m³. Ensure the epoxy resin has viscosity < 0.6 poise (ASTM D1200), compressive strength > 70 MPa (ASTM D 695), and bond strength > 10 MPa (ASTM C882). Mixing of epoxy resin components in required quantities should be as per manufacturer's instructions. Fill the grouting gun with epoxy resin and maintain desired pressure. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in structural elements until refusal. Complete the operation within the pot life of the material. Approximate No. of NRV with MS packers Nozzles. Considering 600 x 600 mm grid at honeycomb area and 150 mm c/c along the crack.(depth of drilling should be 200 mm). The rate including scaffolding/ working platform/safety nets etc. which are required/Alcofine microfine cement, cost of drilling and NRV Nozzle Nipples.

Providing and fixing chemical rebars shear connectors as per drawing and at all heights as per EIC. using epoxy grout made with Epoxy resin and Hardner. (Hilti or equivalent ) For Jacketing of R.C.C. members as per specifications. The rate including scaffolding/ working platform/safety nets etc. which are required. Item includes Supplying, Drilling/Cleaning hole and injecting chemical. Application to be designed separately for Rebars as Simply Supported, Moment or Splice Connection as per EC2/TR 023 or relevant tested and accepted rebar guidelines. The chemical should have ETA approval for seismic rebar as a minimum qualifying criterion. Drilling hole with double flute type drill bits or hollow drill bits to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleaning with brush and jet of clean air, filling resin and hardener using serrated nozzle to eliminate mixing error with standard HDE A22 battery dispenser along with piston plug. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. The adequate diameter and embedment of rebars to be decided as per PROFIS / Designfix Rebar Software & the report to be submitted to the project manager/ design engineer for approval. Scanning before drilling to be done to avoid hitting existing rebars. Installation of chemical rebars shear connectors by using a static mixer provided which mixes in 3:1 ratio of resin to hardener and dispensing with the dispenser provided from Manufacturer and insertion of rebar into drilled hole by rotating in clockwise direction.

Providing 230 GSM thick single layer Carbon fiber wrap of Make Fosroc/ Sika/ STP or equivalent for Slab, beams, columns with all height cup-lock saffolding after proper and adquate surface preparation by grinding on plane surface and rounding of edges in circular pattern in beams and columns, applcation of primer followed by epoxy putty layer upto 3 mm to level the surface, application of saturent with pesting of carbon fiber sheet. The FRP fabric used shall be of zero degree unidirectional fibers having fiber density of 1.8 g/cc and shall have tensile strength > 4900 MPa ; tensile modulous > 230 GPa and ultimate elongation of 2.1%. The substrate shall be primed with Nitowrap 30 or equivalent epoxy primer & Nitowrap 410 or equivalent impregnating resin saturant shall be used for saturating the fibers.Saturant used shall have tensile strength of >30 MPa; Elongation > 2% ; Flexural strength > 30 MPa ; Tensile Modulous > 2400 MPa & Flexural Modulous > 1700 MPa when tested as per ASTM D638 Type I and ASTM D 790 & Glass Transition Temperature > 50 deg Celcius as per ASTM E 1356.The adhesion of the entire system(FRP Sheet, Saturant and primer combined) with concrete shall be > 3.5 MPa with concrete failure as per ASTM D 4541. Wrapping the CFRP fabric to RCC member at desired orientation using tamping rollers to avoid any air voids etc. and after application of fibre wrapping, Quartz sand sprinkling to be done on the surface for bonding as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, etc, complete . Overlaping of two adjecent sheet shall be minimum 100 mm on either sides. Strip Grid design & wrapping method of fibre wrapping to be vetted from IIT with methodology.

Making of hole in R.C.C. slab/wall/beams and masonary wall (width up to 450 mm) by core cutting machine complete as per direction of EI, From diameter 50mm to 100mm all complete with T & P as per direction of EI.

Cleaning of existing reinforcement with wire brush and applying rust converter before doing micro concrete repair and polymer repair to damage concrete of R.C.C. members along with bond coat. The rate including working platform/safety nets etc. which are required. Work shall be taken up as following : Removing loose rust from the reinforcement bars by wire brushing, light hammering etc. and applying sulphate and chloride free inorganic single component rust remover Rusticide as approved by Engineer in charge conforming to IS 9077. The rusted surface shall become blackish non rusted colour. After 24 hours of application of rust remover, loose particles shall be removed by brush. Apply one more coat of Rusticide. Apply bonding coat slurry of high performance acrylic polymer - Methyl 2-methylpropenoate copolymer with another innovate as approved by Engineer in charge on entire surface. Mix 1 Kg of acrylic polymer with 0.5 Kg of cement. Finish it with ready to use repair polymer modified mortar based on special cements, formaldehyde based polymer with thixotropy modifying agents as approved by Engineer in charge (The Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM) should attain min. compressive strength of 20 N/mm2 in 1 day and 30 N/mm2 in 7 days) by adding 13 - 16% water by weight of polymer modified mortar for treatment to the damaged RCC members. Add 1 Kg of Migrating Corrosion Inhibiting Admixture as approved by Engineer in charge per 25 Kg bag of polymer modified mortar. After mixing polymer modified mortar, it can be trowel applied or sprayed. When applying by hand, polymer modified mortar must be forced tightly into the substrate to
