Excavation in soil in Hilly Area by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto 1.5 m and a lead upto 20 m as per Technical Specification Clause 1603.1

Providing and laying of wire crates 3.00x1.50x1.50 in size with GI wire 8 gauge BWG conforming to IS: 280 & IS:4826 in 150mm x 150mm mesh laid with stone boulders. as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specifiction

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced nominal mix 1:3:6 in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

Construction of retaining walls/breast walls in cement mortar 1:5 as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1604

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Hand Packed stone filling in back of wallls including cost of all materials, royality, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

40 mm thick fine dressed Red sand stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Dewatering from foundation of abutments and wing walls (with pump capacity 4000 lit per Hr.) including wages of operator and fuel including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
