Phase-I

Providing and applying Prime Coat with bitumen emulsion complying with IS 8887 on prepared surface of WMM including clearing of road surface & spraying primer using mechanical means as per clause No.502 of MORT&H Specification for Road & Bridge Works (5th Revision)

Providing and laying of 60 mm thick consolidated DBM layer, precoated stone aggregates physical requirements/grading/mix composition as per Table 500-8, 500-9, 500-10 & 500-11 of MORT&H specifications for road & Bridge works (Fifth Revision) mixed with minimum 4.5% bitumen VG-10 complying with Indian Standard Specification IS:73 laid with sensor paver finisher and rolled as per Clause 501.6 and 501.7 of MORT&H specifications for road & Bridge works (Fifth Revision) and achieve desired compaction (including cost of conveyance of mix).

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as per clause 503 of MORT&H Specification for Road & Bridge Works (5th Revision)

Providing and laying of 40 mm thick consolidated BC layer, precoated stone aggregates physical requirements/grading/mix composition as per Table 500-16, 500-17, & 500-11 of MORT&H specifications for road & Bridge works (Fifth Revision) mixed with minimum 5.4% bitumen VG-10 complying with Indian Standard Specification IS:73 laid with sensor paver finisher and rolled as per Clause 501.6 and 501.7 of MORT&H specifications for road & Bridge works (Fifth Revision) and achieve desired compaction (including cost of conveyance of mix).

Center line and Edge Line Road Marking (2.5 mm thick) with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface as per Clause 803.4 of MoRT&H Specification Road & Bridge works (Fifth Revision) and Particular Specifications.

Providing and fixing of road stud 100x100 mm, fitted with lens reflectors as per Para 804 of MoRT&H Specification Road & Bridge works (Fifth Revision) and Particular Specifications.

Providing and fixing of Warning/Mandatory/Informatory road signs as per IRC 67-2012 tightly bolted or welded on suitable post of Gl pipes conforming to IS 1239, Rectangular Hollow Section conforming to IS 4923 or Square Hollow Section conforming to IS 3589. embedded in M-25, including two coats of painting. As per details given at Para 3 of Section F of Particular Specifications.
