Operation, preventive and monthly servicing and testing maintenance, checking, cleaning, and monthly testing report provide by contractor and including repair/ replacement of defective components /parts /accessories/devices/control wiring harness Each job covered below mention all items all as directed by EIC of microprocessor based addreasable/Conventional Fire Detection system of any zone/loop and make including PA system installed in the various Labs under Metcafe House complex through OEM or his authorized dealer of OEM . Details of Equipment & devices to be covered under Preventive/perodical maintenance are as under: - (i) Addreable/Conventional Fire Alarm and detection control panels of any Make and capacity- 15 Nos (ii) Addreasable Fire Alarm repeater panels- 4Nos (iii) All types of detectors- 900 (iv) All types of MCPs-20 (v) All types of Response Indicator-200 (iii) Central communication for fire fighting with fire fighters' master telephone unit - 10 Nos (v) Control/monitor Modules - 06 Nos (vi) Manual call point/pull station - 108 Nos (viii) Unidirectional condenser microphone powered by amplifier - 10Nos (ix) PA system for announcing with pageing matrix and multitop speakers - 50 Nos (x) Sounder cum strobe/ hooters - 10 Nos (xii) Battery Bank - 10 Nos (xiii) Siren - 04 Nos (xv) All connecting/control wiring for above devices (xvi) All those items related with Fire detection & Alarm system including PA system installed at site but not specified in the above list are also included in the comprehensive maintenance.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning in replacement microprocessor base analogue addressable, intelligent fire alarm control panel complying with FM, LPCB and EN 54, 2/4 loop having min 254 detectors/devices in each loop, 7 inch LCD(Min 160 characters) dispaly with centralized monitoring duly complaiance with LPCB and EN 54 having surge and short circuit protection, RS 485 compatibility suitable for 230V ± 10%, single phase, 50 Hz SMPS supply. The fire alram panel shall have provision to connect with PA system and capable to integrate the voice evacuation system in and including inbuilt battery charger with 2x12V, 40 AH SMF batteries, MS powder coated enclousre with IP 50 protection, complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning in replacement Conventional fire alarm control panel complying with 4 zone and each zone is capable min 25 detectors/devices in each zone with zone isolation facility and zone voltage cutoff, zonewise fire open, short LED indication, 16x2 line dot matrix LCD display, control keys LED indicators, hooter output duly complaiance with EN 54 , IS:2189 in and including inbuilt battery charger with 2x12V, 7AH SMF batteries, MS powder coated enclousre with IP 50 protection complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) FACP shall be operating enviroment, indoor Temp -10℃ t + 50℃ with RH ≤ 95% (iii) The contractor shall submit techanical data sheet of FACP before pururement for approval of accepting officer.

Note:- (i) Reoeator panel shall be capable with existing fire dedection & alarm system and PA system. (ii) FACP shall be operating enviroment, indoor Temp -10℃ t + 50℃ with RH ≤ 95% (iii) The contractor shall submit techanical data sheet of Fire Alarm Repteater Panel before pururement for approval of accepting officer.

Supply, fixing & testing in replacement Conventional photoelectric smoke & heat detector, certified to EN-54, 12 to 24V DC with 360° visible alarm duel LED indicators in and including base duly fixed on ceiling/false ceiling with fixing material complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing & testing in replacement addressable smoke & Heat detectors (Optical & thermal multisensor) duly complaiance with EN-54, dual LED indication with base with in built isolator as per IS: 2175 & IS: 11360 complete all as specified and directed

Supply, fixing & testing in replacement addressable Heat detectors (Thermal) duly complaiance with EN-54, dual LED indication with base with with in built isolator as per IS: 2175 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing & testing in replacement addressable manual call point resettable type with inbuilt isolator, LED status and alarm indicator, surface/flush mounted with lock and key arrangment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing & testing in replacement of addressable control module required for various output to other systems like signal, access control etc complete all as specified and directed. The control module should EN-54/LPCB/UL/VDS.
