Supply and erection of motor pump set

VERTICAL TURBINE PUMP SET Supply of best quality KWA Prequalified brand new Indian make vertical turbine pump sets with stainless steel shaft SS 316, bronze LTB2 open type impeller, Cast iron casing, Bronze LTB2 neck ring, SS 410 sleeve, flanged column assembly ( column pipe thickness 10 mm) with all other accessories confirmed to ISS with following specification. The pump set shall be coupled with motor specified. Total Head - 41.50 m, Discharge - 9000 lpm, Efficiency - 70 % and above. Size of pumping main - 500 mm, column pipe - 15 m The pump set has to be connected to to the existing pumping main. Vibration should be limited as per HIS 9.6.4.3 standard for pump sets. Impeller should be dynamically balanced as per ISO 1940 grade 3 standards. Pump performance tolerance should be subject to Hydrate Institute standard Class A (No negative tolerance is applicable in efficiency and no positive tolerance in power)

MOTOR Supply of best quality KWA prequalified brand new Indian make SPDP slow speed squirrel cage EF2 induction motor suitable for operation at 415/440 volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase AC supply confirming to relevant IS specifications with ISI mark, suitable to the above pump sets. The motor shall be energy efficient motor and supporting certificates/ documents to prove EF2 shall be attached.

STARTER Supply of reputed make complete integrated soft starter panel capable of operating the motor having a protection level of IP 40 or more with integrated bye pass contactor in the panel and motor protection relay having parameters as per IE rules, with a power control MCCB and line power capacitor and the starting current shall be 2.5 to 3.5 times the normal full load current of motor with ammeter, volt meter and phase indicators, space heaters, floor mounting type and having an insulation level of 1100 V (for 440 V supply) and 7.6 KV (for 3.3 KV supply) and 14.2 KV (for 6.6 KV supply ) as per IEC 60947-4-2

Supply of reputed make metalized poly propylene capacitor conforming to relevant IS specification with ISI mark suitable for above motor and providing pf as per KSEBL specifications.

Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty cast iron D/F valve PN-1.6 as per relevant IS specification with ISI mark suitable for above pump sets.

Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty ductile iron D/F reflex / non return valve as per relevant IS specification with ISI mark suitable for above pump sets.

Supply of reputed make pressure gauge (minimum 150mm size) with stop cock and all other accessories suitable for above pump set.

Erection and commissioning of the motor pump set with all accessories detailed above including necessary civil, electrical mechanical works, suitable concrete foundation, including fixing the starter, motor, panel board etc. installing all electrical items, wiring, earthing, giving connection etc. as directed by departmental officers as per IE rules and IS specification, interconnection with existing pumping main, fitting suction and delivery pipe and specials, sluice valve, reflux valves etc. complete and trail run for a period of72 hrs as per the specification including all cost of cement and all other materials etc. complete.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 500mm electro magnetic flow meter conforming to protection level of IP-68 for Flow Sensor and IP-67 for transmitter and having an accuracy level of 0.5% with LED/LCD display unit. The flow meter should have the housing (flow sensor) to be made of SS 304/Carbon steel with antil corrosive protection and inside liner to be made up of hard rubber/neoprene all confirming to drinking water standards. The flow meter should coupled with HART for data acquisition and transfer with provision for wireless transfer through GSM. The manufacturers should have the calibration standards as per ISO 17025 and the product shall have sufficient warranty provisions.

Additional warranty of 1 years beyond the 2 years warranty for the pump set Total Warranty of 3 years .
