Surface excavation exe 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earth work in rough excavation in all kinds of soils by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator/JCB) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth,1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated material (earth obtained from item no. 2 here-in-before) exc. 50m but n exc. 1 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm (earth obtained from item no. 2 here-in-before) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for forming road side berm with suitable/useable earth/soil obtained from item No. 1 within MoD land including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc not exceeding 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed. Note:- No lead or lift of earh soil shall be payable to the contractor. Unit rate qouted by the contractor shall deemed to include for this aspect also.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting with 8 to 12 Tonnes power road roller including watering, filling in hollows & depressions which occurs during process of rolling, and surfaces rolled to required level, camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm thick (compacted thickness) Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstics filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 Tonnes power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, in two layers each of 7.5cm thickness with coarse aggregate of sand stone, flint or quartize of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), blinded with stone screening materals type "A", spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Thickness measured shall be compacted. 150mm compacted thickness consisting of two layers each of 75mm compacted thickness shall be considered for measurement and payment.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or Air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of grade VG10 at the rate of 10 Kg per 10sqm on unsurfaced WBM surfaces and including providing and laying 40mm consolidated thickness Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) using paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5 % binder by weight of total mix Rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) In case the binder contents by weight of total mix is less than 5.5% as per actual design mix, the price adjustment shall be made as per average rates of all paid voucher for bitumen pertaining to this work. If the total binder contents as per design mix is more than 5.5%, no price adjustment shall be made for the same. (ii) Job mix formula for Semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be obtained from the institutions specified in CA prior to commencement of work and shall be got approved from the GE. complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthethic enamel paint of approved different tints and pattern over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 450mm dia RCC Hume Pipe Culvert with block masonry wall including coping, plastering and necessary earth work complete complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur type stone slab 25 to 35 cm in width of 80 cm long laid dry abutting each other for protection to under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay and fix 40 mm bore galvanised iron pipe with all fittings as protection for electric cables, laid in trenches, fixed on poles, walls and ceilings or laid in floors, laid in road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay, joint, test and commission LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured overall PVC sheatehed electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor of size 4 core 10 sqmm crosssectional area, 1100 Volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed on wals,roofs and poles, laid in ducts and floors etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection cover, pipe and joint shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BoQ

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete for tubular poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, for pedestal of poles and mass concrete including necessary form work for finished surface required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and benching etc including necessary form work for finished surface required complete all as specified and directed.

Suuply, erect & instal prestressed Concrete Pole 9m long, 102mmx152mm at top and 102mmx289mm at bottom, Class 10 including painting of pole upto 1.5m of height from coping level with alternative black and sky blue strip of width not less than 0.3m and Writing Pole No with yellow shade on black base using synthetic enamel paint having height of words exc 5 cm over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed. with following specifications:- (Note:- Excavation and earth work, PCC in foundation, filling, mass concrete and coping shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BoQ.
