Regular Maintenance and up keeping including security of community center at Indra Vihar housing colony on monthly basis the work includes following job1Regular cleaning of community center building including of all toilet blocks and outer premises Tools for sweeping, cleaning will be borne by contractor For toilet cleaning material like (Odonil phenyl acid brooms etc) will be provided by contractor2Maintenance of Electrical and water supply and sanitary will be done by contractor Excluding material3Handing over to concern at the time of booking taking over the possession from the concern after function4Report about any fault in electric and water supply sanitary during function time and repair it immediately labour cost will be borne by contractor and material cost will be borne by RIICO5During function time if there is any shortage of water in toilet Bathroom the same will be provided by contractor at his own cost6Person involved in each work Security Guard Gardner and Sweeper should be got approved by E I CAll the work will be executed as per direction of E I C

Disposal of waste collected in dust bin during each Function at Community center by collecting the waste material from dust bin and transported bycoverd tractor trolly to waste disposal point with all lead and lift
