P/F precaoted galvanised iron profile sheets 0.50mm total coated thickness with zinc coating 120gm per sqm as per IS:277,in 240mpa steel grade,5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyster top coat 15-18 microns.Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micron minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12m or as desired by Engineer-In-Charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5X55mm)with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces excluding cost of purlins,rafters and trusses and i/c cutting to size and shape wherever required including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, i/c cutting, hosting, fixing in position and appling a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) In trusses and trussed purlins in building.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm overall with 0.60mm thick preprinted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester organic coating of 20 microns over 5microne primer coating+ back coat of pollster of 5 microns over 5 micron primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks ,bolt and nuts 6mm dia meters with prepainted limpet and bitumen washer complete with all accessories as required including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

P/F on wall face PVC ( D-plast) rain water pipes for working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/ sqm i/c filling the joints with approved adhesive complete including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. -110mm dia pipe

P/F M.S. holder bat clamps of approved design to CI AND SCI pipes 100mm dia including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentaling roofing i/c ridges,valleys,hips and gutters etc and stacking the material within 50m lead G.S. sheet including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles i/c rubbing and cleaning etc complete on 20mm thick bed of CM 1:4(1 cement:4 coarse sand) light shade pigment using white cement including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

P/F 10mm thick acid/alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS:447, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in flooring on bed of 10mm thick mortar 1:4(1 acid proof cement:4 coarse sand) acid and alkali resistant tile including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of toilet i/c plaster touching of peel plaster, distempering and fixing sanitary items complete in all respect including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing jungle i/c uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above GL and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to pilaster in patches of 2.50 Sqm and under and 10 to 15 to 15mm thick i/c cutting the patch in proper shap and repilastering the surface of the wall i/c disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in a lead of 20 mtr with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 sand) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to ventilators and windows i/c fixing glass and wire mesh complete in all respect including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition above G.L. up to floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable meterials with in 50mtrs lead. In cement mortar. un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15cm thickness in 1:4:8 or nominal mix including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone/concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles, chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonary wit hard stone in foundation and plinth i/c levelling up with cement mortar 1:6:12(1cement:6 coarse sand:12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6(1 cement:6 coarse sand) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with floating coat of neat cement, i/c cement slurry but excluding cost of nosing of steps 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size of stone aggregate including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil boud washable disremper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and menufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other forign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with delux multi surface paint system for interiors ad exteriors using primer as per manufacturer specifications two or more coats applied on wall @ 1.43ltrs/10sqm over and i/c one coat of special primer applied @0.75ltr/10sqm including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of toe wall for protection of slops as per drawing & technical specification Clause-1302.5 nominal mix 1:3:6(1cement: 3sand: 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for: (a) Walls (any thickness) i/c attached pilasters, butresses, plinth and string courses etc including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in CC blocks,every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be struted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires,of barbed wire weighing 9.38kg per 100m(minimum) between the two posts fitted and fixed with GI staples,turn buckles complete (cost of post,struts to be paid for separatly)with GI barbed wire including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
