SCHEDULE 'A'

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 Metre depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in soft/disintegrated rocks, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing Excavated soils not exceeding 50 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Plain Cement Concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for RCC M-30 design mix as in beams, lintel band and gable beams, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for pre-cast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs set in cement Mortar 1:4 and finished all exposed surfaces of concrete even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and above, as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Formwork to sides of beam / lintel bend and similar structure for flat rough finished surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of Brick work/PCC block masonry or Concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of Brick work/PCC block masonry or Concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Preparing new surfaces of walls by washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of chalk putty, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (±0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm), sliding interlock (one vertical length in each shutter) (45.5mm x 28mm), glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including railing of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket. 1.2 ±0.2mm thick galvanized steel frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm) 2nos, sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fastener. Hardware (touch lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system, stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The unit rate excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories) area not exceeding 2.00 Sqm each fixed from ground floor to height of 2nd floors

Supply and fixing Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grage St-240, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting over one coat of redoxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/J hooks and bolts as reqd, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only moorum/red bajri for filling and levelling, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for forming embankments including raising or lowering earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick, watering, ramming, rolling and finishing to reqd size, shape etc. not exceeding 1.5 Metre from the base, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for hardcore of guage not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Gde with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in flooring, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
