Secondary current 1A or 5A with dual core, dual ratio.protection core - Class 5P10 & metering core - Class 1, 15 VA suitable for 11 KV panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & replacement of busbar support insulator suitable for 11 KV panel and including necessary modifications at cable / busbar chambers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L setting of 3 phase IED of any type / Make from 11KV HT panel, cleaning the contacts , IED configuration, calibration & testing of all the measuring & protection devices viz., CTs, relays and meters at site and including testing of all the trip functions of the relays after final current settings by simulating fault current by CT secondary injection test set, checking of current transformer, rectification of defects in control wiring for proper tripping of CB during actual system fault conduction through relay & tripping coil. Adjustment / setting to plug and time multiplier settings of IED to achieve the discrimination in tripping, tune / synchronies upstream breaker relay settings-installation of relay, testing & commissioning etc, proper programming of multifunctional meters and replacement of defective components & wiring with FRLSH multistrand PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volts grade as per existing size of wire complete all as specified and directed.

Feeder wise Relay co-ordinations: M&L collecting necessary required data & peak load details from IED of any type / make from 11KV HT panel, transformer full load details during peak hours and including relay setting calculations & co-ordination study, unit protection setting of transformers. Feeder wise settings has to be furnished & report with firm recommendations to be submitted down stream power distribution (Complete 11 KV system) overall co-ordinations of time need to be achieved. Adjustment / setting to plug and time multiplier settings of IED complete all as specified and as directed.

Overhauling, maintenance, servicing, buffing / cleaning, electroplating of copper busbar in busbar chamber of each VCB panel and including connecting bus bar from CT to main bus bar & spout and including servicing of support insulator by clean cloth and hot air blower / vacuum cleaner, checking for any loose contact, refixing of all nuts & bolts, refixing of all covers, replacement of defective bus spout complete all as specified and directed Note :- (a) New components required will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (b) Overhauling on VCBs includes the following (before & After) :- (i) IR test (5KV) (ii) Timing test. (Opening and Closing) (iii) CRM test (CB close) (iii)The rate quoted shall be deemed to be include for necessary T&P, nuts, bolts , washers, gasket, insulation tape, HT sleeve, monoplast compound to put in to the VCBs and Panles in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning. [iv] Replacement of defective parts of the VCB shall be measured and paid separately

M&L applying Si-COAT 570 RTV silicone high voltage Insulator coating solution using an sprayer to the total VCB panel inside body along with busbars and re-connection of all existing cables, extended bus bars, testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L attending rectification of faults in 11 KV VCB electrical circuit with all necessary accessories, tools & tackles for restoring the power supply with minimum shutdown time complete all as specified and directed Note :- New components required will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L servicing of SF6 insulated outdoor type compact ring main unit HT 630 Amps, 11KV, 50 Hz consisting of any no of incomers and outgoing to transformers with PT chamber and line CT by removing both the sources of power supply feeding through connected HT cable and including switching on interlocking mechanism with earth switch carefully, checking its cable ends; removing the body cover of RMU; opening its covers, moving and fixed contacts, repair of moving / fixed parts, repair of its drive mechanism,moving & fixed contact, refixing its body covers, refixing the RMU with both ends of cables; necessary testing and charging the RMU complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each RMU of any no of incomers & outgoings will be measured as for one Job

Note:- Earth work excavation, sand cushioning and cable protection will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

Supply and lay of 3 core 240 sqmm, 11000 volts grade XLPE cable insulated screen PVC bedded galvanisized steel strip or wire armourd electric power cable (heavy duty) with strandard aluminium conductor complete all as directed by Engrineering - In- Charge. Note:- Earth work excavation sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule

Excavation in trenches not exeeading 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying of under ground cable and including taking out existing cable, cable cover complete all as specified and directed.

M&L servicing of 11 KV / 0.433 KV transformer up to 500 KVA by opening the inspection cover / top cover and including decanning of the transformer oil up to the required level, replacement of burnt out LT / HT bush and gasket to avoid leakage of oil refilling back to existing oil into the transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L lifting, transporting, handling of the transformer from site / MES yard to the workshop and including take back to work site / MES yard after rectifing faults complete all as specified and directed.

M&L re-winding of HT distribution transformers of any capacity / size / type by strip opening of HT coils (i.e. primary coils) from core assembly safely, unwinding the HT (i.e. primary coils) and including removing the old defective insulation paper, rewinding with new copper wire of same gauge and existing size together with new DPC insulation to the copper conductor, varnishing of the windings, heating / drying / backing carefully and thoroughly inside the heating chamber at suitable temperature to obtain required value of insulation resistance, testing and commissioning the transformer and recording the test results etc. complete all as specified and directed.
