Excavation in earthwork in hilly area all heights and depths, in all kind of soils including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution, etc. and to protect stability of hill side Rock shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, in conformity with the requirement of technical specification of rural roads , Clause 1603.1 (One thousand six hundred three point one) and 1603.2 (One thousand six hundred three point two) to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner including arrangement of dumping site, trimming, filling of unevenness, blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in charge for smooth riding. The recovery for stones, whether useful or not, for 1681.93 (One yhousand six hundred eighty one point nine three) cubic metre @ Rupees 170/- ( Rupees One hundred seventy only) per cubic metre shall be effected on pro rate basis in all circumstances. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Excavation in soil in hilly area by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with in all leads and lifts as per drawing and Technical Specifactionb clause 1603.1 ( One thousand six hundred three point one) and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of transprtaion with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated PCC M-10 (Ten) grade 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand: six graded stone aggregate nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 (Eight hundred two, Eight hundred three, One thousand two hundred two and One thousand two hundred three) and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete M-25(M-Twenty five) 1: 1.5:3(One cement isto One and half Sand isto three graded crushed hard stone aggregate design nominal mix) mechinacally mixed and viberated in superstructure or similar works as per drawing and technical specification of Ministery of rural Development for rural roads August 2004 (Two thousand four) clause 800,803,1205 and 1255 (Eight hundred , Eight hundred three, One thousand two hundred five and one thousand two hundred fifty five) and curring complet including the cost of form work and haulaging/ carriage of all labours, equipments and materials to various locations through all mode of transportations in all leads, lifts to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer- in - Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 for,culverts on first class bedding of granular material in signle row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement isto two sand)but excluding excavation protection works back filling concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets clause 1108. RCC pipe NP2 900mm (nine hundred milimetre) dia as per design including haulaging/ carriage of all labours, equipments and materials to various locations through all mode of transportations in all leads, lifts to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer- in - Charge.

Providing and laying flooring laid over cement concrete bedding complete as per drawing specification clause 1303 ( One thousand three hundred three) including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm ( One hundred milimeter) dia PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V(One Vertical) :20H (Twenty Horigintial) towards drawing for. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than600mm (Six hundred milimeter) with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment wing wall height compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and techinical specification clause 1204.3.8, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulations etc. with earth or quarry soil etc., and re-rolling the sub grade including all leads, lifts , carriage of materials and other incidentals complete , as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Sub-grade and Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 (Three hundred point two) as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 ( Three hundred three point one) including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular Sub base by Providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with renovator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical Specification clause 401 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of sizes 63-45mm (Sixty three to forty five millimetres) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN (eighty by hundred Kilo Newton) in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-II (Two) by manual means as per technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) (Slow setting-I) ( Himcol-Ltd.) grade on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.00 kg per sqm (One point zero kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification clause 502 ( Five hundred two) including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) (Rapid setting-I) ( Himcol-Ltd.) grade using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm (zero point three zero kilogram per square metre) on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Technical Specification clause 503 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm (twenty millimetre) thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm (thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre) aggregates using S-90 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty-one hundred kilo newton) static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508 ( Five hundred eight) including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying seal coat with penetration grade bitumen VG-10 (Ten) sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B and as per Technical Specification Clause 510 ( Five hundred Ten) including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logos as per specification & drawing. three M.S. plates of 1.6 thick top & middle plate duly welded with M.S. flat iron 25mmx5mm size on back on edges the lower plate will be welded with M.S angle iron frame of 25mmx25mm x5mm the angle iron frame of the lower most & flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded with M.S angle iron same of 25mmx25mmx5mm the angle iron frame of the lower most plate flat iron frame of the middle plate will be welded to two Nos. 75mmx75mm of twelve SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mmx450mm x600mm ,600mm below ground level .the top most diamond plate will be welded to the middle plate by 47mmx47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube.
