MISC FURNITURE REPAIR TO CHAIR DINING OFFICER Dismantling of old existing broken back leg of the chair dining Offrs sorts of any description, renewal with new back leg of 1st class hard wood made to a required shape, fixed in position all as shown on drawing and complete all as directed. REPAIR TO TABLE DRESSING LADIES Supply and fixing in renewal top of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board bonded with phenol formaldehyde resin, exterior grade of size as shown on drawing, one side with shade as approved and balancing white with 4 mm teak wood edging all round & including polishing with Hi-gloss French polish to match with the existing shown on drg complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in renewal of drawer made out of 12 mm thick teak wood plank and 6mm thick ply at bottom and back as per existing size and pattern shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed. Drg No. - FD/MAP-II/07

Supply and fixing in renewal of 8mm thick looking mirror as per existing size and pattern shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed. Drg No. - FD/MAP-II/07

REPAIR TO VISITOR CHAIR ALL TYPE Removing unserviceable plywood of seat and back foam and fabric/Rexine of Visitor chair and supply and fixing pressed plywood in shape 12mm thick for seat & Back, Polyurethane foam 50mm thick for back and 75mm thick for seat duly covered with approved quality Fabric/Rexine with PVC lapping complete all as specified and directed. Note: Seat and Back shall be fixed as per trade pattern.

Removing unserviceable arms rest of visitor chair and supply and fixing polyurethane arms rest with proper nut to match existing arms rest complete all as specified and directed. Note: Polyurethane arms rest shall be fixed as per trade pattern.

Removing unserviceable pronged base leg from visitor chair and supply and fixing with new leg base as per existing pattern and all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Leg base shall be fixed as per trade pattern.

REPAIR TOSIDE BOARD Supply & fixing in replacement of Side board Top with prelaminated veneered particle board top made out of , Unt, Double storage LxBxH Nominal) mm 1350x750x750mm complete all as specified and directed. TP

Supply & fixing in replacement of Side board drawer Top size in (LxBxH) mm 1200x750x750mm, key board pullout tray drawer shelf top made of MDF complete all as specified and directed. TP

SOFA SET 3 SEATER WITH CUSHION- Material & Labour for removing the existing unserviceable tapastry cloth cushion of sofa set and replacing with new tapastry cloth including mulmul with foam cushion 40 density 100mm thick of size 558mmx533x100mm. Rest all as on drg and as directed. Drg No. - FD-281 Note:- (i) Each cushion for seat of back will be measured as single unit. (ii) The tapastry cloth shall be mat finish sample approved by Engr-in-Charge.
