Repairs to geyser/Air conditioner in OTM and md accn at Kannur and repairs/rewinding of ceiling fan/exhaust fan and connected items at building No WL-9/ 1 to 5 at Mily Station Kannur under AGE (I) CANNANORE.

Taking down Geyser of any capacity or model after disconnecting water supply and electric connection and reconnection the same after carrying out the repair works and replacement of parts as required, tesing and complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spares shall be measured and paid seperately.

Opening the geyser of any capacity and taking out the inner tank, glass wool, geyser assembly, heating element and thermostat etc, cleaning of steel tank with wire brush, remove lose material, cleaned and coated with one coat of proprietary bituminous, descaling of heating element with dilute hydrochloric or AQUA CLEAR PEDETTE solution, reassembling the geyser, testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply of spares shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only thermostat single phase 230 V with setting range 0 to 80 degree centrigrade ISI marked.

Supply only geyser assembly having copper base and piping suitable for 25 ltrs capacity geyser.

Supply only flexible connection hot water pipe Size 450mm 1/2"x18" 2 Nos.(1Set)

Supply only heating element of capacity -1.5 KW,230 V single phase triangle type

Taking down carefully ceiling fan with rod from ceiling / roof and refixing the same after repairs such as servicing, greasing, replacement of ceiling fan down rod of suitable length, clamps, nuts, washers, rubber bushes, safety pin etc as required and applying one coat of white synthetic enamel paint and writing of MES No complete including connecting up with 2 core twisted flexible copper conductor 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to fan , test and commissioning all as specified and directed. Note : Rewinding and replacement of capacitor & bearing shall be measured and paid seperately.

Rewinding of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep any type and make, cutting and removing burnt winding wire without damaging stator, removing old insulation of polyester paper, re-winding fan motor with super enameled copper wire of same gauge/dia with correct number of turns for auxiliary and main winding, varnishing, baking, soldering new lead of twin core multi-stranded copper conductor cable of size 23/0.0076, assembling, replacement of capacitor 2.5mfd and re-fixing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearing of suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm sweep including removing old un-serviceable bearing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stepped type electronic fan regulator, full rotation,200W, SP, 230V onnecting up electricallyall as specified and directed.

Supply only fan capacitor 2.5mfd , make Havells or equivant of Bajaj/LG.

Takig down exhaust fan of any capacity or model after disconnecting electric connections and refixing the same after carrying out rewinding and any parts required to be replaced as per original, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rewinding shall be measured seperatly.

Rewinding of exhaust fans of any size with approved copper enamelled wire of suitable guage varnishing including replacement of capacitor rubber packing etc and testing complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring of light, fan, socket or power complete, including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor ceiling etc. all as directed

M&L Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor FRLS cable multi stranded 1100 Volt grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit concealed to wall and fixed to ceiling/roof etc with necessary fixing accessories such as bend elbow socket etc with fixing material including terminal box made out of 1.22mm thick MS sheet concealed in wall covered with laminated sheet top cover of 3mm thick cadmium plated screws with cup washer including 1.5Sqmm single core PVC insulated un sheathed copper conductor FRLS cable multi stranded 1100Volt grade as earth continuity conductor green in colour connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed for One light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch.
