8.31 : Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineerin-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

50.6.1.2 : Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 40x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand) etc complete.

25.1 : Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account).

od1578422/2021_2022 : Supplying and fixing at site ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANELS (ACP) of approved make and colour certified for exterior applications, 3mm thickness with 28 to 30mm microns PVDF coating confirming to ASTM standard with top aluminium skin of 0.25mm and with a bottom aluminium skin of 0.25mm witt srvice coating of polyeater paint, laminated to a centere core of 2.5mm single recycled low density polythylene material.The pannels shall be cut to sizes of required grid dimentions with the site condition. The pannel shall be fixed on pre fabricated frame work using 38mm*25mm*1mm thick Aluminium extruded sections of approved make joined with standared cleats and fastners. The gaps formed between the pannels shall be sealed with silicone sealent.The rate inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials labour for errection, hire charges of scaffolding, etc. complete.

21.3.1 : Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer - in -Charge. ( Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness

50.12.2.2 : Providing & fixing Poly carbonate multi wall plain sheet 4 mm thick as approved by the Engineer in charge and should be supplied in a single length of 12 M or as decide by the Engineer in charge. The sheets shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screw of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical / curved surfaces, but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses and including cutting to size and shapes where ever required.
