Investigation, Design and Construction of Physical Infrastructure such as Roads, Drains, Water Supply, Sewerage and Compound wall (Ashpond) compatible with trunk infrastructure and Social Infrastructure like School Building, Primary Health Center, Commercial Complex and Community Hall in EWS layouts at Akkacheruvupadu, Allipuram, Kallurupalli and Ashpond of Nellore Municipal Corporation ULB and Design, Supply, Construction, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of two (2) Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) for a total capacity of 3.10 MLD (Akkacheruvupadu - 1.5 MLD and Kallurupalli - 1.6 MLD) based on any appropriate Technology (Technology Neutral) with post completion operation and Maintenance of entire Sewage Treatment Plants for 7 (Seven) years including 2 (Two) years Defect Liability Period under PMAY HFA (U) Scheme at Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh on Lump sum contract (Percentage Tender) (with DLP of 2 years).
