Pump house at Part -1
RISING MAIN & DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. for pipes and pits for other civil structures upto all depths in all kinds of soil such as spade work, pick work, jumper work, blasting work,chiselling work , kankar, mooram singles including decomposed in soft /hard work ,chiselling/wedging out of hard and soft rocks where blasting is prohibited, in saturated soil including bailing out the watering, by cutting in slopes where ever required, in rocky portion suitable anchorage shall be provided (anchorage will be paid separately) and stacking the excavated materials not more than 3.00 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soils in 15 cm (fifteen centi meter) layer when required into sides of trenches and above the laid pipes etc. consolidating in each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil in all leads and lifts . After disposal ,the surface shall be neatly dressed and leveled and shoring to its original shape complete in all respect, including all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge
RISING MAIN
Providing, laying and jointing ( by way of circumfrential butt welded joints in three layers by electrical arc welding ) and testing of API pipe of following dia meters confirming to ISO 3183-2012, (latest with upto date amendments) having wall thickness and grade as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 5 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, beds etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe shall include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per IS:4736-1986 (with upto date ammendments). The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814:2004 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. Tollerence should be as per IS code. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches shall be measured and paid for separately). The design /drawing so approved by the competant authority after finalisation of design and drawing ,any variation in size of pipe , material ,pipe class ,wall thickness, jointing , valves,specials etc.

Part-2 (Phase- 1st)
Providing and laying 40 mm dia API X-60 ( L-210) pipe 4.80 mm wall thickness from RD 0 to 600 Rmt.=600 Rmt.
Laying and jointing with circumferential butt joints by electrical arc welding (Welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) and testing of G.I Pipe of approved rate contract of DGS and D / HP Govt make of following diameter confirming to IS:1239:1990 (Part-ii) (latest with up to date amendments having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure , including manufacturing and fabrication of reducers taper all shorts pieces, bends etc as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe shall also include flanged joints duly welded in three layer (Two inner and one outer) Where ever required as per direction of Engineer in charge (Earth work in trenches and the cost of flanges I/C nut and bolts gasket will be measured and paid for separately) and all operation such as cutting welding and jointing fabrication of bends tees i.e lowering and laying in excavated trench to ensure required level including flushing cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Overlikon/Over cord s/s make.The damaged portion of the pipe and all specials (if damaged during laying and jointing operation of pipe ) made from the parents tube shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paints over a priming coat as per AWWA specification C-203-1978. The rates also includes entire carriage of material ,flushing, Cleaning and Hydraulic testing,DP test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts .

PUMPING MACHINERY CENTRIFUGAL:- Supplying ,installation ,testing & commissioning of star rated enrgy efficient horizontal spindle, horizontal/ radial split casing/end suctions (back pull out arrangement)single/double/multistage centrifugal pump suitable for operation, in parallel of recommended make such as Mather and platt/KSB/Kirloskar/Jyoti /Beaconweir BS&BE confirming to BIS-1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting clear water for under mentioned characteristics with bronze/Bronze with 2.5% Nickel impellers, dia of 405mm priming funnels, casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze/ steel, shaft of SS:410/AIS 1431 Chrom in plated with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a Common MS base plate to squirrel cage screen protected drip proof induction motor/TEFC/CACA of standard make such as Kirloskar/BHEL/ Crompton/NGEF/GEC/Siemens/ Jyoti/Area Brown Boven/ABB/CGL and suitable for operation on 11 KV HT, 50 cycles/second 3 phase AC electric supply. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guards, erection clamps , cable clips, depth gauge NRV & Sluice valves of approved class etc. The work should be completed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in – Charge.
