Providing form work with mild steel plates 3.15 mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) size so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping and centring etectera with wooden battens and ballies in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced and plain concrete work upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals:

In flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landing and the like floor upto any thickness

In columns, pillars posts and struts square rectangular or polygonal in plan.

In edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls in any width.

Stair Case with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landing beams, cantilivers, girders and lintels.

Providing and laying mechnical mixed and vibrated design mix cement concrete of grade M20 ( M- Twenty) to obtain the minimum crushing strength of 20 N/mm2( Twenty Newton per meter square) with minimum cement content of 350.00 kg( three hundred fifty kilogramme) per cubic metre mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforced concrete work upto all floor levels in all heights/ depth including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.

In suspended floor, roofs landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers upto floor two level.

In columns pillars, posts and struts up to floor two level.

In stair cases(except spiral stair cases) excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing i) above plinth level upto floor two level.

Providing and laying tor steel made of TATA/ SAIL reinforcement for reinforcement cement concrete work including bending, binding straightning and placing in position complete upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.

Providing and fixing Duro stone vitrified tiles 600x600x10mm (Six hundred into six hundred into ten millimetre) of Nitco/Kazaria / Somany of approved coloured shade in skirting risers of steps and dados laid on a bed of 12mm (Twelve millimeters) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three coarse coarse sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals in pattern finish approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter coarse sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink ( ASAIN/NEROLAC ) upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with readymixed paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, coarse sand papering and stopping with readymixed paint white ( ASAIN/NEROLAC ) complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Applying Birla white wall care putty of avrage thickness of 1mm ( one milimetre ) over plastered surfaces after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping, dust, loose materials and other foreign matter coarse sand papered smooth to give fine finish to the surface complete upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.

6mm (six millimeter) cement plaster to ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

15mm (Fifteen millimetres) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto any floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers, grooves and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six coarse coarse sand) upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Applying one coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surfaces after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other forgein matter as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering two coats with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture ( ASAIN/NEROLAC ) after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and coarse sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.
