Excavation in foundation trenches etc.in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work,blasting in soft and hard rock and chiselling work including saturated soil slushy soil and under floor upto all depth and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metre clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimetre (Fifteen centimetre) layer when required into plinth sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition below G.L. upto 1.50 metre depth I/C Stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material complete in all respect.

P/L CC 1:6:12 1cement:6 sand:12 graded aggregates 40mm nominal size curing complete excluding cost of form work infoundation & plinth

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering struting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in-situ- reinforced concrete and plain concrete in: Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) partition and the like i/c attached pillasters, butresses plinth and string course including all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Walls including attached buttresses pilasters and their caps and bases and string courses etc. upto floor two level complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm. nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for feinforced concrete work in:- In walls any thickness (but not less than 0.10mm thickness) including attached buttersses pillaster plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to be entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, Manufacturing and Supplying of fencing pannel of size 1.20 X 1.80 mtrs. of Jali 25 X 25 mm welded to M.S. Black Tube of 32 mm dia of 14 guage mm thick with M.S. flat 20mm X 3 mm welded all around the pipe panel two on both sides and providing hold fasts out of M.S. flat of 32 X 3 mm thickness having sonsisting of tee of size 15 X 15 cms tee acting as hold fasts including cutting welding complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Brick work using common clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4sand) complete within all leads and lifts.

Providing Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings, framed, Guard bars,ladders, railing and (similar work) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel) complete with in all leads and lifts. as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
