Scraping old painted surface including disposal of all scraped materials to a distance of 30m. As directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 6.3 mm to 45 mm graded stone aggregate to specifie sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel a roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to required dimity Grading-3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Compacted Thickness 75MM.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SSI) on prepared surface of Granualar Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm. Using manual means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumens emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 Kg. per sqm on the prapared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providng laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness compected of 13.20mm to 6.7mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepaired base inclding mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to rquired level and grade to followed by seal coat.

Providing and applying seal coat Type-C sealing the voids in bituminous surface laid to specified levels, grads and cross falls as per MORD technical specification clause 510

Brick on edge soling on both side of the road by Ist class brick 8cm wide &12 cm deep laid with mud mortar including preparation of sub grade all labour finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth. Required for Proper completion of work.

Earth work cutting or embankment in ordinary soil excavation to done from of regular pits not exceeding 1/2m in depth and work embankment to be in 20 cm. Layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slope and also including 1.5m lift and 30m lead. the from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be desosite as spoil banks within 30m. distance as directed by the engineer in charge.
