Cleaning of tanks after desludging from sewage tanks (Stilling chamber-01 No,Bar & screen Chamber-01 No ,Oil & grease Chamer-01 No,Equilisation Tank-01 No, treated water tank -01 No, Chlorine Contact Tank-01 No, Tube Settler Tank -01 No, Sludge Holding Tank -01 No ) at Stp Plants of capacity 1.5 MLD to 3.0 MLD etc shall be carried out with water and chemical as applicable and complete white wash from inside after cleaning the tanks and dates of cleaning shall be marked on tank etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1.Rates for Dewatering and desludging of tanks including T&P and safetly equipments all as directed by Engr-in-Charge is included in above item. 2.Cleaning of each tank will be measured and paid seperately. .

Material & labour carrying out the Tests of treated water from NABL approved lab every month and maintain the record of treated sewage at Each STP Plant as per frequency :- (i) PH Valve (ii) TSS (iii) BOD (iv) COD (v) Oil & Grease (vi) FC Min (vii) Nitrate CN Note:- Test report for each month should be submiited at the end of month by contractor .otherwise penalty of Rs. 2000/- per month will be imposed.

Taking out Non clog submersible sewage pumping set from eqilisation tank at STP (after and including dewatering of well) of 7.5/10 HP capacity by lifting and dismantling the same for assessing and carrying out the repair/serving and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts as listed in subsequent items and making good in running condition with balancing, reassembling and lowering the same in well & fixing on the foundation making connections and testing complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (a) The replaced parts of pump shall be measured & paid separately here-in-after as supply only. (b) Dewatering of well upto max 500 mtr distance from well shall be included in the quoted rate of item.

Rewinding of motor 7.5/10 HP non clog submersible sewage pumping set with suitable size and proper guage of winding wire using best quality of insulation material including all connected items complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour in replacement CI impeller with guide bush suitable for 7.5/10 HP Non clog submersible sewage pumping set complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 5.00 above but lubricated upper/lower bearing for non clog submersible pump set 7.5/10 HP complete all as specified & directed. Make : NBC/SKF

All as per Srl Item No. 5.00 above but pump shaft suitable for non clog submersible pump set 7.5/10 HP complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for dismentiling centrifugal induction motor from foundation and transport to work shop for rewinding after taking out burnt winding wire from motor of capacity 20 HP three phase , rewinding with copper wire of suitable gauge or as per existing gauge complete including all required insulation material and transport back to site after testing and commisioning complete all as specified & directed. Make of wire: Finolex/Plaza/Havells. Note : a) The Motor testing will be done before installation on No load for any unbalance load and should be free from vibration and if found unsatisfactory no payment will be done to contractor for defected motor. b) Necessary thimbles, lugs, insulation tape, nut bolts and all items required for installation of motor at site will be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. No extra payment will be done to contractor.

The contractor will be bear the cost of repair in case of failure of motor occurs due to misalingment and no extra payemnt will be paid to contractor.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of water supply MS/CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm to 200 dia size including necessary excavation required for taking out burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring/hole from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing surface after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint or necessary fitting required as per site properly including welding work and making the pipe line leak proof completely to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified & directed. Material & labour Cleaning of internal wall of MS Activated carbon filter / MS Dual media filter of size 2300/2500 mm dia and 1600 to 1800 mm height for removing the filter media by brushing with nylon brush and using bleaching powder and cleaning of existing pipe holes after refilling of existing useable filter media complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for replacing Anthracite in dual media filter as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for replacing filtering sand 16/32 filter media beds as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective carbon media, Supply and Laying Activated carbon filter media as per existing for carbon filters complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for replacing fine silex in filters as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for replacing coarse silex in filters as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- 1. T&P machinary will be provided by the contractor.2.Cleaning should be done regularly as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 3.Contractor have to pay recovery of Rs 500/- per day for non Cleaned area.

Supply & fix in replacement air filter suitable for existing vertical type blower of capacities 425 m3/hr complete all as specified & directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 56642.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
