Strengthening The Road From Thalivasal-Melathalivasal road Km 0/0-2/33( R - 145 )

Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning including etc complete

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A

Providing and Laying Gravel Soling to compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller , water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc, complete.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25 mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area , thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:354. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT&H specification No .803

Providing and Erecting of Retro - Reflectorised Cautionary,Mansatory and Informatory Signs (With Definition Board) Made Out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Aheeting Confirming to Type - IV Standards of IRC - 67 :2012 and ASTM D 4956 - 09, Specification And Fixed Over 2mm Thick Aluminium Sheet Fixed Over a Back Supporting Frame of 25mmX25mmX3mm Mild Steel Angle and Supported on a Mild Steel angle Post 75X75X6mm With a Clear Height of Not Less Than 2.10m From The Ground Level to The Bottom of The Sign Board and 0.6m Below Ground Level . The Sign Post should be painted as per IRC 67 - 2012 and Firmly Fixed to the ground by Means of Properly Designed Foundation With M15 Grade Cement Concrete 45cmX45cmX60cm Size Includeing Cost and Conveyance of All Materials, Equipment,Machinery and Labour With all Leads and Lifts Loading Charges Neccessary For Satisfactory Completion Of The Work as Directed By the Engineer in Charge . High Intensity Retro - Reflectro Sheet Shall Consist of Minimum Coefficient of Retro - Reflection as Per Table 6.6 of IRC 67 - 23012 The Retro - Refkective Sheeting Shall Be Covered Under 7 Years Warranty Issued For Field Performance and a Certified Copy of Three Years Outdoor Exposure Report Shall Be Obtained as Per IRC 67 :2012 (as Per MORT&H Specification No.801)

Maintenance after completion of work the road sufrace and shoulder to be maintained in proper condition to make them free from excessive edge drop offs, roughness, scouring and pot holes and cleaning of surface drain including culverts for frre flow of water. Relettering name boards and K.M & H.M stone and other maintenance operation required to keep the road traffic worthly at all the time for the maintenance period for the following years.
