M&L for Trail bores Drilling not less than 250 mm bore hole by ODEX method to any depth below the ground level in any kind of HARD ROCK / Hard Stone / Boulders any kind of soil strata upto 150 mtr to 200 mtr deep including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 1) In case of incountering rock/ collide prior to 30 mtr depth from ground level the decission of the Garrison Engineer for reboring shall be final and binding. Specific order in writing shall be issued by Garrison Engineer for reboring and the quantities shall vary accordingly. 2) cost of transportation of Odex plant is included in the unit rate.

Supply assembling and lowering 200 mm nominal bore mild steel ERW ISI marked casing blind pipe having wall thickness 6.35 mm as per IS-4270-2001 and jointing with electric arc welding, screwed and socketed in random length of 3 to 6 mtr, including necessary fitttings i.e. sockets, coupling, jointing and painting with two coats of bitumious paint on external surfaces of pipe upto depth of 25 mtr (approx) below ground level complete all as specified and directed. Note for item sl no 1and 2 : 1) In case of incountering rock/ collide prior to 25 mtr depth from ground level the decission of the Garrison Engineer for reboring shall be final and binding. Specific order in writing shall be issued by Garrison Engineer for reboring and the quantities shall vary accordingly. 2) cost of transportation of Odex plant is included in the unit rate.

All as per Srl item No.2 here-in-before but depth from 25 mtr to 50 mtr Note for item sl no 1, 2 & 3 :- 1.) In case of incountering rock/ collide prior to 15 mtr depth from ground level 25 mtr the decission of the Garrison Engineer for reboring shall be final and binding. Specific order in writing shall be issued by Garrison Engineer for reboring and the quantities shall vary accordingly. 2.) cost of transportation of Odex plant is included in the unit rate.

All as per Srl item No.2 here-in-before but depth from 150mtr to 190mtr ERW slotted tube having 1000 slots of size 1.58mm x 75 mm per mtr length uniformly distributed on surface, and jointing with electric arc welding, screwed and socketed coupling, jointing in random length of 3 to 6 mtr, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing well cap suitable for 200 mm bore well dia consisting of two parts complete with welding and machinery work having provison of cut out for passing of column pipe and fabricated from MS sheet 3.15 mm thick all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for yield testing of tube well by contineous run with suitable equipment all as per IS-2800 part-II of 1979 including complete testing of water suitable for drinking purpose as per IS-10500 of 1991 from testing Laboratory approved by GE and report shall be submitted to GE. The well shall be tested 24 hours continuous after development of the well to acertain the yield. The air compressore/higher capacity pump required for the development of the well by means of over pumping shall be arranged by the contractor at his own arrangement. Note:-CGWB report Hydrological factors of the area indicating borewells may yield upto 100-120 ltr per minute.

M&L for Development of tube well with DTH air compressor of rating 630 CFM at 100 PSI after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water as required The air compressor / higher capacity pump required for the development of the well by means of over pumping shall be arranged by the contractor at his own arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F bail plug 200mm (8”) dia internally threaded including welding with MS casing pipe of length 3 mtr long, 8 mm thick complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F housing clamp for 200 mm dia bore pipe made out of flat MS 150x12 mm thick (length 80 mm) with 4 Nos 20 mm dia of suitable size of bolt, nuts, washers etc including drilling holes of suitable sizes and painting 2 coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F housing clamp for 50 mm dia bore pipe made out of flat MS 80x10 mm thick (length 60 mm) with 4 Nos 20 mm dia of suitable size of bolt, nuts, washers etc including drilling holes of suitable sizes and painting 2 coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying and packing pea gravel of size 3.00 mm to 6.00 mm around casing pipe all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lowering and fixing MS Column pipe 50 mm bore not exceeding 3 mtr in length MS flanged heavy grade threading ends and screwed with MS flanged having collar & flange drilled and welded to MS column pipe minimum PCD of the flange should be 125 mm, thickness of flange 12 mm on both side of pipe including all necessary cutting in flanged for passing of submersible cable incl all jointing material such as bolts, nuts,washers, & packing sheets and connecting and also painting 2 coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for MS special such as tees, bends of any sizes and radius, tapers, collars, tail pieces, caps and plugs upto 200 mm bore by providing arc welding nut bolts washers are included with fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, lowering, testing and commissioning submersible pumping set having discharge capacity 2 LPS at installation depth of 168 mtr head complete with submersible motor and pump of suitable 7.5 HP / 5 KW , 3 Phase 415 volt complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Make :- KS4E-8030 or equivalent

Excavation in trenches, getting out hard dense soil including road cutting and also not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exc 1.5m wide complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level, connected to GI strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel including GI medium grade protection pipe of 40 mm dia complete all as specified in electrical Plate No 5 of SSR Part 1 including excavation and earth in any type of soil charcoal, common salt all around the earth plate all as specified. Supply and installation of flanged ends strainer/dirt box of sizes 50mm with stainless steel mesh suitable for water meter for potable water supplies on up stream of water meter to avoid foreign material entering into meter complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of flanged ends Water Meter woltman type,of size 50 mm including testing and making good connection with flanged ends, with gasket rubber sheet and nut & bolts etc ISI Marked fixing in horizontal/incline/vertical position, complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for sluice valves flanged of class 1.6 PN supplied and installed complant of size 50 mm dia.

M & L for Non Return Valves with CI DF NRV PN 1.6 as per IS : 14846, CI Body ISI Mark of size 50 mm bore

M&L for Foundation for holding of tube well of size 200cm x 200cm x 100 cm at ground level made of precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rates included earth work in returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil upto 50 mtr distance all as specified and directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.
