Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Nos. Hexagonal shaped Gabions (Zinc coated), of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120mm, mesh wire diameter 3mm, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.9mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2mm including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Engaging & operation of one no. wheel type excavator cum loader machine (preferably JCB/L&T/BEML etc) having capacity 75 BHP with one operator and one helper or skid steer loader Bob cat (height not more than 2.0 m) having capacity 75 BHP with one operator and one helper including cost of fuel lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip / landslide/ excavation in dry and wet condition, complete in all respect as per direction of I/C. Payment for engaging excavator cum loader shall be made only for actual working hours at site, no idle charges shall be paid. If machine is trapped in slip / earth, contractor shall make its own arrangement to haul the machine, for which no extra payment shall be made to contractor, and also machine shall be considered in idle condition. Cost of mobilization & demobilization from site shall be borne by contractor.

Engaging & operation of one tractor along with one driver and one helper & trolley having hydraulic jack arrangement. Including cost of fuel lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip / landslide/ excavation in dry and wet condition, complete in all respect as per direction of I/C. Capacity of tractor must be not less than 45 BHP, and loading capacity of trolley must not be less than 2.25 cum. Payment for engaging Tractor with trolley shall be made only for actual working hours at site, no idle charges shall be paid. If tractor is trapped in slip / earth, contractor shall make its own arrangement to haul it, for which no extra payment shall be made to contractor, and also tractor shall be considered in idle condition. Cost of mobilization & demobilization from site shall be borne by contractor. Cost includes the average running of 20 Km per day.

Engaging & operation of one no. Pokeland machine having capacity 200/210 (L&T, Tata Hitachi etc.) with one operator including cost of fuel, lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for 15 days.

Supply unskilled labour for full day as per requirement for attending miscellaneous works as per direction of the Engineer in Charge for for proper completion of the work. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Providing/arrangement of Carpenter, plumber for eight hours in a day. with all necessary working equipment as required and directed by E/I , including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Attending minor type of repair for full day by Engaging and supplying one suitable and experience skilled Labour for attending of related work, defects with all T&P etc. but excluding cost of material.

Providing and fixing M.S. Tubular frames for doors, windows, ventilators and cupboard with rectangular/L-Type sections, made of 1.60 mm thick M.S. Sheet, joints mitred, welded and grinded finish, with profiles of required size, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.60 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper complition of the work.

Providing and fixing plain Multipurpose Cement board (High Pressure steam cured) as per IS : 14862, with suitable screws for fibre cement board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately) : 6 mm thick cement board. including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

P/F fully glazed anodized aluminium fixed glazing with joint Hindalco or equivalent extruded standard section of various thicknesses as per approved drawing for openable window portion as shown in drawing including providing and fixing aluminum hinges of heavy quality and all other fittings like concealed approved tower bolts, handles etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. or as per direction of E/I

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) with float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Epoxy mortar treatment over eroded concrete surface or in jointing of stone etc. of piers of head regulator gates in a ratio of 1Kg Epoxy resin (Araldite Gy257) : 0.5Kg Hardner (Aradur 840): 6 Kg quartze sand with prime and seal coat, including making all arrangements, cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by E/I.

Cleaning of Glass by Using cloth, paper Castic Soda and washing powder using ladder and hanging plate form (Jhoola plate form ) including supply of all material labour T&P etc, required for proper completion of work.

Hire charges of welding machine with single phase with welder, helper and electrodes for repair and welding of gates, door, window etc. for eight hrs. in a day. including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Removal of debris /waste material/ any other material / rubbish on road side / park /dust bin and from any other location by full load tractor trolley within the specified area as desired by the Engineer-in- charge & safe disposal of the same out side the Power House area. including cost of all labour T&P etc required for proper loading/unloading and disposal of waste or required for the proper completion of the work.

Providing & anchoring 25 mm dia Tor Steel anchors/ dowels bars including supply of all material, labour,T&P etc required for proper completion of work. This includes making of 32 mm dia hole for anchoring upto a depth of 0.90 m. inside the old concrete work. Holes should be filled with epoxy mortar along with bars. Payment of epoxy mortar will be made as per direction and satisfaction of Er.-in-Charge including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.“(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.“Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). All works above plinth level upto floor V level including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work
