Scarifying the existing Bituminous surface by means of motor grader to a depth of 30 mm in moderate distress roads and disposal of scarified within all leads and lifts upto a lead of 1 km , including loading the scraified materials with hydraulic excavator and conveying the same with tipper etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge complete.

Supply of Air compressor 250 cfm with required hose pipes for cleaning the existing old road surface and removing the dust / Spillaged materials etc., including fuel, operator charges and incidental charges etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, All labour and equipment, complete.

Providing and applying tack coat using Rapid setting bitumen emulsion @ 0.4 kg/ 1 sq.m over WBM/WMM (or) old existing BC surface conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom, as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion of Rapid setting on bituminious sufaces @ 0.25 kgs/sq.m conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributor including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom etc., as required and as directed by the engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification etc., as required and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Raggling of cement concrete masonry or plastered old surface and preparing the surface for re-concreting or re-plastering work, including disposal of rubbish within a lead of 50m etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in pavements and existing CC roads over a prepared sub-base by using cement content @ 320kgs per cu.m, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20 mm and 10mm nominal size in appropriate proportions, laid and levelling to required slope/camber, fiishing with required texture, including form work and curing in panels including consolidation, finishing and tamping etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete for finished item of work. All labour and materials.

Supply on Hire of Mobile Crane of 8-10 tonne lifting capacity, truck mounted (or) hydraulic type, including driver/ operator, fuel, lubricants, maintenance, mobilisation within site limits and all incidental charges required for safe lifting, shifting, loading, unloading and erection of materials, machinery (or) structural components at site etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete.

Providing labour of man mazdoor for assisting in lifting, shifting and un-loading of precast slabs of old using mechanical means such as mobile crane including guiding the load, holding tag lines, positional materials at required location and ensuring safe handling during loading, un-loading etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete.
