Periodical Maintenance of Khaliamenta to Panchugochhia Road (Pot holes repair and SDBC) from 2/000km to 3/000km for the year 2025-26

Construction of embankoment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and Ieads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MOSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridges work (th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision)

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision).

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)
