SPECIFICATION FOR STEPED FLUSHED CEILINGS WITH FULLTONE TILES GYPSTEEL ULTRA Supply and installation of Metal framed Suspended ceiling comprises of G.I perimeter channel having 0.50 mm thickness, two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm is fixed to surrounding walls using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centers. Then Intermediate Channel (0.91 mm thick) having two equal flanges of 15 mm. each and a web of 45 mm is suspended from the soffit at 1220 mm center with ceiling angle of width 25 mm x 10 mm x 0.50 mm thick, fixed to soffit at 1220 mm centre with G.I cleat. Ceiling section of 0.50 mm thickness having knurled web of 50.5 mm and flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across to the Intermediate channel, at 300mm centers. 12.5 mm thick square edge Fulltone tilestiles size 600mmx600mm are then screw fixed across the ceiling sections with 25 mm long self drilling & tapping screws having Phillips head with under head cutter, for first and second layer respectively, at 200 mm centers. The joints of the tiles are finished with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish.

Supply and installation of Heat resistant/sound proofing and acoustic material, Rock wool 64 kg/m3 x50 mm slabs laying on the top of the false ceiling structure inserting single layer rock wool into the wall paneling structure. Rock wool slabs covering with non woven fabrics. Gyproc/ USG brand 12.5 mm thick square edge Full tone tiles are then screw fixed across the stud and floor channels. Tiles fixing with 25 mm long drywall self tapping screws having Phillips head. The joints of the tiles are finished with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide fiber tape to provide seamless finish.
