Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) vertically, with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 25mm X 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I connecting to earthing test point & to main switch board and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type soil, earth lead connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, test point, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded BT stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, internal surface of concrete shall be given 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded BT stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover, reinforced with 8mm dia deformed or TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item. (ii) Any joints in earth lead from earth electrode to test point shall not be allowed/permitted. (iii) If the desired earth resistance is not found within permissible limit shall be re done by contractor at no extra cost.

MCB DB, sheet metal enclosures double door SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar 240 volts 2 in 1 shutter (METAL DOOR) type with blanking plates where required and IP 43 degree protection fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.
