Repair of LT1 to LT4 at AIIMS Bilaspur HP

Seat&Bracket: -Seat has self-closing mechanism which will operate by means of dead weight. Seat under structure is made from combination of welded fabricated structure of 5mm Thk HR(hot rolled steel) as per IS:2062 and 8mm thk ply as per IS:303 with moulded PU(polyurethane) foam of density 55 kg/cu.mtr. on top which in turn is covered with stitched upholstery made of leatherite .Seat assembly is covered on bottom side by means of seat cover made of PP(polypropylene). Seats shall be pivoted with the help of MS Bracket set(Each set will contain 2 nos.).Bracket plate thickness will be of 3mm which will have 4 hole mounting pattern coupled with welded MS pin used to pivot the seat with C-frame structure .Seat tilting will happen along this pin .Bracket will be finished with 45 to 50 micron powder coating.

Seat Support Frame: -Seat support frame is made from combination of MS ERW tube section (IS 7138) of size 80x40x2.5 mm thick rectangular tube and MS ERW tube section(IS 7138) of size 48x19.1x2 mm thick oval tube welded together.It is powder coated with epoxy polyester.Cap over open end of tube made of ultramid are provided with front to cover the oval tubes .This frame will be hinged with highly finished surface MS pin which provide strength to seat which is fixed with bracket by M6-6mm self tapping screw.

Work desk table top made of melamine chip board with anti-fungal and anti-bacterial both side pre laminate properties 17 mm thickness. Edges covered with PVC edge tape of 0.8mm thickness.

Providing, supplying and fixing factory-made Integrated Desk-cum-Bench (1048W*895D*750H)of approved make, comprising desk and bench mounted on a common frame fabricated from minimum 1.20 mm thick CRCA mild steel sections, duly welded and finished without modesty panel. The desk top, bench seat and half backrest shall be made of 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (Grade-II, Type-II conforming to IS 12823) with decorative laminate on both top and bottom surfaces, complete with minimum 2 mm thick PVC edge banding on all exposed edges. The unit shall be complete with all necessary nuts, bolts, screws, brackets, fittings, fixtures and accessories, including transportation, handling and installation, complete in all respects as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 2 mm thick 16 to 19 mm wide PVC edge binding tape of approved quality for cupboard/wardrobe shutters including necessary synthetic resin hot pressed to edges on binding machine etc. complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In cement mortar

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying gang saw cut 18 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With granite stone of area less than 0.50 sqm.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 300x10 mm
