Providing and laying of 50mm thick bituminous macadam (BM) with HOT Mix Plant producing an average output of 37.50 tonnes per hour using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grade-II, premixed with bituminous binder V.G.30 grade @ 3.40% by weight of total mixer, transported to site and laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hire and operational charges all L&P and all other contingent charges including cost of seigniorage charges on all materials etc., complete and as per MORTH Specification. Note: Quantity of bitumen is proposed for rate analysis only. (RBR-BASC-3-3-II P.No.355)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORTH specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MORTH & H and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Municipal Travelers bunglow to 3 Statue center from E/W South side road, Post Office to Kankaragunta flyover, North side road from W/E, Kankaragunta flyover to telugutalli statue)

Providing 25mm thick compacted semi dense bituminous concrete (SDBC) by hot mix plant using hard blasted granite crushed aggregate of grading-II premixed with bituminous binder V.G.30 grade @ 5.00 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a Mechnical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification complete for finished item of work in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The percent of bitumen is proposed for rate analysis only. The actual percent shall be arrived based on job mix formula. (RBR-BASC-8-8 P.No.361)

Supply, delivery and fixing of road studs and median markers including cost and conveyance of materials at site including all type of labour charges for fixing etc., complete.

Providing centre line marking of 300cm length and 10cm width with a gap of 450cm with hot applied thermoplastic Compound 2.50mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area, thicness of 2.50mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35.. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and complete as instructed by the Engineer-in-chares and as per MORTH Specifications No.803. (Zebra lines)
