SITC of 11Mtr Long S.T poles ( ST-410 SP56) including digging of pole pit , 1/6 of pole height and placing pole in position in the pit and errection there of as per REC standard Drawing, (Pole to be cement bottomed at the time of erection only)

Cement bottoming of S.T poles in 1:2:4 mix 1/6th of the height of pole below the ground and 1ft above the ground cylinerical shape with circular radius 9” from the pole centre) using 40mm crushed stone aggregate mix. As per Drawing

Supply and Errection , Fixing of of GI, V cross arms with top bracket including clamps,, fabricated out of 100x50x50x6mm channel iron as per REC standard including drilling of holes, p/f of braces, fabricted out of 50x50x6mm ,U clamps fabricated out of 50x8mm flat iron , p/f of Galvinized Nuts and Bolts.and washers, including necessary bracing if required

Providing and Fixing of 33 kV Pin Insulators (polymer /porcelain), with pins 10KN complete.

Providing and Fixing of 33 kV Disc Insulators(70KN) (polymer /porcelain), with complete Disc fittings for 200mm sq ACSR conductor.

Supply and Fixing of Danger plates with clamps

Supply and Fixing of Anticlimbing devices with clamps

Supply, Laying, stringing and tensioning including jumpering of 100mm sq ACSR conductor conforming to relevant IS amended up to date including fixing of two PG clamps per joint at tension ponts etc.

Providing & Fixing of Earthing Complete by GI Pipe 40 mm 3 mtr long through GI Strip 25x3 mm

providing and fixing of Galvinized Nuts and Bolts.

Painting of poles, with two coats of red oxide and two coats Anticorrosive Al. paint to give even shade using of standard quality paint from Asian Paints/ Nerolac / Burger.
