Disconnection and removing HT cable connections connected to the HT VCB and carried out complete Overhauling servicing of 11 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz VCB upto 630 Amps capacity (drawnout / fixed type) complete including finding out the defective parts such as fixed male & female contacts, under voltage relays, power pack unit, spring charge motor, operating mechanism, gear box, CT & PT units, VCBs Bottles, Triping / closing coil, HT Fuses, 11 KV LBS fix & moving arm and charging unit complete including reconnecting the cables testing and commsissioning of the following Makes as existing at site complete all as specified and as directed. Makes : - MEGHAWIN / AREVA / SIEMENS / ABB / Schenider Note :- (1) Spring charge motor, Triping/ closing coil, HT Fuses & moving arm and cast resin bushes measured spearately under respective item of the schedule. (2) Miscelleneous items required for satisfaction of job deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate.

Supply only single phase over current or earth fault relay 24/110 V suitable for existing breakers complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- L&T or equivalent approved make.

Supply and fixing multi function digital panel meter having the parameters the HT voltage,current, frequency, power factor , KVA, KVAR etc suitable for suitable for operating voltage 24/110/230 volts including taking out old one complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- L&T / CADLE / Socomech

Supply only Tripping coil DC 24/110 volts suitable for existing breakers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Closing coil DC 24/110 volts suitable for existing breakers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Spring charge motor 1.5 KW single phase for functional of HT VCB suitable for existing makes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only auxillary relay VAA model Model No.VAA33ZG8344BCH ALSTOM suitable for existing breakers complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- L&T or equivalent approved make.

Supply only single phase under voltage or over voltage relay 20/110 V or 82/264V suitable for existing breakers complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- L&T or equivalent approved make.

Supply only female contact made out of copper with silver coating type suitable for existing make HT 11 KV breakers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only cast resin bush unit of suitable for existing HT 11 KV breakers along with copper studd duly coated with sliver plate for fixing of 11 KV bus bars along with suitable nut bolts and watchers.complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Gear box of 11 KV HT VCB panel including taking out old one complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Magawin or equivalent approved make.

Supply only HT barrel fuse 2 Amps suitable for 11 KV potential transformer of existing makes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only HT barrel fuse 32 Amps Din type suitable for existing HT 11 KV breakers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only HT barrel fuse 32 Amps BS type suitable for existing HT 11 KV breakers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only plastic sleeve suitable for moving arm unit (male & female) type suitable for existing HT 11 KV breakers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only trip circuit supervision relay VAX30-34V model No.VAX31ZG8043FCH Make- Alstom including taking out old one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing of HT breakers mechanical parts including greasing of moving parts and checking of spring charging motor for its proper functioning and testing and resetting the same complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing power pack unit of capacity 230 / 24 Volts 3 phase and making necessary connection to PTs complete including taking out old one complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Power pack or equivalent approved make

Disconnecting & Removing the unserviceable GOD horizontal / vertical of capacity 400 A, 11 KV from the Two pole / four pole / six pole structure carefully and supply and fix gang operated air-break switch 400 Amps, 11 KV, triple pole, mounted on post insulator along with 25 mm light grade GI tubing operating from operating mechanism from ground level complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cost of Jumper connections along with fixing material deemed to inclusive in the unit quoted rate.

Description all as per Ser Item No.20 above but of capacity 200 Amps complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnection and Removing the unserviceable / burnt out Isolation Transformer Three Phase 440 V / 440 V copper winding and rewinding the same with fine enamelled bare copper conductor of same gauge size,turns, and weight and keeping the core and windings into the hot air oven till the moisture evoporates complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacities :- Note :- Rates Quoted deemed to be inclusive of all Misc items such as Cotton tape, Varnishing,impregnated paper etc..

M & L for Silica Gel of Transformer including removing the unserviceable Silica gel complete all as specified and as directed

Cleaning of yards Such as Transformers / Four pole / Three pole / Two pole structure complete and M&L for spreading of Crushed metal stone aggregate 30 mm to 40 mm grade required thickness at site complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of 11kV / 433 Volts outdoor type transformer,painting with spray gun through out externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and writing number in white colouron black ground of transformer of capacity 50 to 315 KVA complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting and removing the unserviceable 11 KV Disc type insulator from HT poles and S&F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm hight and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly of 11000 Volts ISI Marked along with fixing material such as GI bolt, nut and washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and removing the unserviceable 11 KV Pin type insulator from HT poles and S & F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 11000 Volts ISI Marked along with fixing material such as GI bolt, nut and washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and removing the unserviceable 11 KV Lightening arrester carefully from the 2/4/6 Pole structure and Supply & fix lightining arrester suitable for 11000 Volts of peak discharge capacity 30 Kilo Amp, 3 Phase including connecting of the same to the supply with necessary fixing materials such as nut bolt, washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable 11 KV Expulsion fuse single pole carefully from the 2 / 4 / 6 Pole structure and Supply & fixing Expulsion fuse / drop out fuse single pole along with post insulators suitable for 11000 Volts, 50 A capacity including connecting of the same to the supply with necessary fixing materials such as Aluminium jumpers, Aluminium binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for stringing and fixing in position of ACSR conductor in OH line connections as per site requirement including provision of aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and as directed

Restringing of HT 3 lines of existing over head line of ACSR conductor after disconnecting from the insulators & jumpers to the required tension & sag & binding up & connecting to insulators & jumpers properly test complete, chopping off trees branches (coming in the way/line) complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- (a) Trimming of tree branches up to 1.5 RM from the conductor deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate (b) single conductor shall be considered for measurement

Dismantling ACSR conductor of any size and any position complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing LED indicating lamp red,blue,amber,green,white of operating voltage 24/110/230 volts including taking down old indicators complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and filling for toping up of transformer oil as per IS of approved make complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC sleeves of 15 mm dia in RYB colour for protection of Jumper on HT / LT poles /structure complete all as specified and as directed

De-hydration and fillteration of transformer oil, HT OCB and LT OCB of any capcity and type installed at various locations without disturbing from its position to achieve of electric strength not less than 40KV complete all as specified and as directed

S& F Silica gel container (breather unit complete) suitable for existing transformers complete all as specified and as directed
