Cabling Related Works -UG XLPE Cable size 11kV 3C x 300 Sq.mm - Materials

Supply of 11 kV,XLPE insulated Aluminium Conductor, Armoured cable as per enclosed specification 3 core 300 sq. mm.

Supply of Outdoor end termination kit, HT push on/heat shrink type end termination preferably for at switchgear end boxes, transformer (PAD / Pole mounted) for 11 kV XLPE 3Cx300 Sqmm Aluminium Conductor Armoured cable as specified with connection of leads including cutting, stripping of cable, insulations,providing compression type terminals, crimping of lugs with suitable crimping tool, as per technical specification, approved drawings and scope of work.

Supply of Indoor end termination kit, HT push on/heat shrink type end termination preferably for at switchgear end boxes, transformer (PAD / Pole mounted) for 11 kV XLPE 3Cx300 Sqmm Aluminium Conductor Armoured cable as specified with connection of leads including cutting, stripping of cable, insulations,providing compression type terminals, crimping of lugs with suitable crimping tool, as per technical specification, approved drawings and scope of work.

Pre-fabricated steel items like Clamps for fixing of Cable in Pole/DP for over head structures as per technical specification, approved drawings and scope of work.

MS Nuts, Bolts with Washers as per technical specification, approved drawings and scope of work.

Supply of 150mm Dia (Medium Class) GI Pipe with all accessories as per technical specification, approved drawings and scope of work.

Supply of Straight Joint kit, HT push on/heat shrink type straight joint preferably for 11 kV XLPE 3Cx300 Sqmm Aluminium Conductor Armoured cable as specified with connection of leads including cutting,stripping of cable, insulations,providing compression type terminals,crimping of lugs with suitable crimping tool.as per technical specification, approved drawings and scope of work.

Cabling Related Works -UG XLPE Cable size 11kV 3C x 300 Sq.mm- Erection

Survey, design, route alignment, preparation of survey report and uploading in the GIS web portal after approval of Project Manager

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil for a depth of 1 mtr as per site conditions and width of 0.3 mtr without damaging the existing cable, pipeline and other installations, by providing barricades and observing safety precautions, shoring of pits and dewatering the trench wherever necessary, spreading the bottom of trench with 10cm filling sand, and after laying of cable, filling with sand on both sides of the cable and on the top to a level of 10cm above the cable, covering the same with 2nd class brick protection (Approx. 10 bricks per meter length of laying), back filling the trench with excavated earth or any other method as per the instruction of local authority, watering, consolidating in layers of 15 cm disposing surplus earth and debris after refilling, including laying GI pipe at road crossings and at locations where sufficient depth could not be achieved due to other obstructions, providing cable route markers at 100 m interval and meggering, carrying out straight joints, providing loops wherever necessary, testing and commissioning and submission of final as built cable route drawings in GIS web portal after approval of Project Manager, including the cost of all materials, labour, charges for transporting, handling, uncoiling and paving of cable in trenches using standard cable laying/pulling/winch equipments, etc except that of 3 core 300 Sqmm XLPE UG cable, Straight through joint kit as per technical specification, approved drawings and scope of work.

Laying of Cable in the Existing Duct/trench and crossing Culverts (including laying and fixing of GI Pipe in culverts) and meggering, carrying out straight joints, providing loops wherever necessary, testing and commissioning and submission of final as built cable route drawings in GIS web portal after approval of Project Manager, including the cost of all materials, labour, charges for transporting, handling, uncoiling and drawing of cable in duct using standard cable laying/pulling/winch equipments, etc except that of 3 core 300 Sqmm XLPE UG cable, Straight through joint kit as per technical specification, approved drawings and scope of work.

Horizontal directional drilling along/ across roads, supplying and pulling 110mm dia HDPE pipe duct, in no case the depth of boring be less than 1.2m from ground level along/across road and 2m from ground level under railway track, pit making, pilot drilling, pre reaming, cable laying, closing of pits with normal soil and consolidation or by any method as directed by road authorities, without damaging other utility installations, providing HDD route markers at pit locations as per the direction of TCED officers and meggering, carrying out straight joints, providing loops wherever necessary, testing and commissioning and submission of final as built cable route drawings in GIS web portal after approval of Project Manager, including the cost of all materials, labour, charges for transporting, handling, uncoiling and paving of cable in duct using standard cable laying/pulling/winch equipments, etc except that of 3 core 300 Sqmm XLPE UG cable, Straight through joint kit (Measurement will be taken only after cable laying) as per technical specification, approved drawings and scope of work.

Tapping supply from T module of RMU to Transformer / OH network and drawing cable neatly along the pole in 150 mm Dia GI pipe for a height of 3 m, fixed neatly using suitable clamps and providing jumper connections with crimping sockets, brass bolts & nuts with washers as per technical specification, approved drawings and scope of work.

Erection, testing & commissioning of Clamps for fixing of Cable in Pole/DP for over head structures as per technical specification, approved drawings and scope of work and MS nuts, bolts & washers including painting by red oxide & aluminium paint as per technical specification, approved drawings and scope of work.
